    Renovado en julio de 2015, con una nueva cocina nueva, dos baños nuevos, una enorme terraza nueva y un equipamiento elegante y único, esta propiedad garantizará que usted y sus hijos de pieles tengan unas vacaciones brillantes en Port Elliot. ¡Ahora con wi-fi de alta velocidad (NBN) gratis!

    Aislado y privado, con una pista para caminar en la puerta de entrada, una bodega / cafetería a 100 metros, el parque para perros Pt Elliot a 300 metros, esta propiedad está perfectamente ubicada para una escapada tranquila y pacífica.

    La sala de estar de planta abierta y las tres habitaciones tienen un nuevo piso flotante. El tema de la decoración de la propiedad es "Nordic Retro Beachhouse" (¿eso es algo?). Una paleta de colores blanco, gris y negro complementa la madera natural de los muebles y captura parte del paisaje de un invierno en Europa. Una de las piezas interesantes es una impresión en lienzo de un mapa de Copenhague del s. XIX.

    La nueva cocina cuenta con lavavajillas de acero inoxidable, vitrocerámica eléctrica y horno. El área de comedor adyacente tiene un impresionante entorno de comedor de madera de los años 70 con capacidad para 10 personas (cuando está completamente extendido).

    La sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla grande Full HD montado en la pared con DVD incorporado, sistema de sonido con bluetooth y un estéreo con soporte para iPod. Hay un hermoso sillón reclinable sueco y un sofá modular muy cómodo.

    Al igual que todas nuestras propiedades (y nuestro hogar), la estantería está completamente equipada con una gran colección de ficción literaria y algunas novelas de aeropuerto. También se proporcionan DVD, CD y una colección de juegos, por lo que habrá mucho que hacer y disfrutar mientras se relaja en esta encantadora casa.

    Las tres habitaciones dan al viñedo y al olivar. El dormitorio principal tiene un amplio armario empotrado con un nuevo baño privado (ducha, tocador e inodoro). Tiene una cama Queen Size Pillow Top. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble con batas incorporadas. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama litera (dos individuales) y batas empotradas. Las dos habitaciones traseras están convenientemente ubicadas frente al baño (con bañera) y el inodoro separado.

    La gran terraza en la parte delantera de la propiedad está ubicada para maximizar las hermosas vistas y para protegerse del clima. Una nueva barbacoa de gas en la cubierta le permite cocinar al aire libre.

    ¡Queremos asegurarnos de que esté lo más cómodo posible durante su estadía! La propiedad cuenta con aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso para comodidad durante todo el año. El baño principal tiene una lámpara de calor incorporada para el calor del invierno. Las camas principales tienen mantas eléctricas. Se proporciona una lavadora para su comodidad.

    La propiedad está completamente cercada, todo alrededor. Hay una rampa corta para acceder a la casa en la parte trasera, por lo que cualquier ser humano o animal que no le guste las escaleras podrá subir a la casa. Como siempre con las propiedades de Pet Let, sus perros y gatos son muy bienvenidos.

    Hay estacionamiento cubierto para dos autos, más espacio para estacionar un bote.

    Segunda habitación: cama doble
    Tercer dormitorio: litera (2 individuales)

    Tenemos cercas a prueba de perros alrededor de la casa. La altura de la cerca es de 900 mm en su punto más bajo. Se suministran cuencos para mascotas (agua y comida).

    Esta propiedad está fabulosamente ubicada para pasear a su perro ya que el camino está prácticamente fuera de la puerta principal. Es un paseo muy corto al fabuloso parque para perros Port Elliot. ¡Puedes verlo desde la cubierta delantera! ¡Tus perros y gatos adorarán esta propiedad!

Great central location to Port Elliot, Middleton, Victor Harbour and Goolwa. Great location to the Port Elliot dog park which. We all had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our holiday.

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and pet friendly. Nice walking trails nearby. Beds comfy and kitchen well equipped for cooking.

Lovely coastal retreat

We stayed for 2 nights with our dogs. Wonderful dog friendly town with an awesome dog park and great coastal walks. The property was lovely and clean and well fenced. Great views and an awesome cafe a short 100mtrm walk.

Quite and comfortable

A nice tidy house, very pet friendly and a good central location to all of the surrounding towns. The property sits along side a reserve with walking tracks and a dog park. A friendly feel to the area, we would stay again.

Great location

This was the perfect spot for my little vacay where I could rest and relax with my two dogs and venture into Port Elliot or Victor Harbour which was only a short drive away. Definitely would recommend and will be back!

Our dogs loved it!

Great place to stay, our dogs loved it and we did to! Peacefull location overlooking the olive grove. You can see the dog park from the lounge and its only a short walk. Great yard for the pups. House very clean and comfortable.

Great Family Getaway

Was clean, organised and secure for family with pets. Communication was easy and straight forward and open. The hosts were gracious and the house had everything we could possibly have needed. Definitely planning to stay there again.

Pleasant weekend stay

Our family of 5 had a pleasant weekend stay at the Nordic Retro Beachouse. Great amenities and location, close to all the attractions and shops. We were delighted to be able to bring our two small dogs on holiday. Communication was excellent and the check in process was very smooth. The welcome gifts were much appreciated. Thank you!

Lovely place to stay with your dogs

A fantastic little spot to take a break with your dogs. The deck is a lovely spot to sit and relax, the home itself is very comfortable and clean with everything you need for a great holiday with dogs. Of special note was the cleanliness of the BBQ - this is the only place we've stayed where we haven't had to clean the BBQ before we used it. 🙂

Great location with wonderful outside space. Could use some updating.

This house has a nice bucolic setting with great outdoor space looking out to the countryside. Access is easy, kitchen is well equipped, it was not sparkling clean, but clean. It needs some updating of the furniture and a few more amenities like trash cans in the bathrooms, more towels when paid for as an add on, more pegs for the laundry, and a more thorough cleaning between guests.

Serene and comfortable

This place is tucked away at the end of a street, yet close to the main part of Port Elliot. Next to a grassy bird reserve, it's quiet and relaxed. The walking path leads to the spacious dog park across the reserve. The beds are very comfortable, the sunlight pours in and the place is immaculate inside. We forgot to bring our rainwater but, no need, the tap water was sweet. There is a great coffee place 2 blocks away. Very comfortable indeed. The gift of wine and chocolate- appreciated with thanks.

Family holiday at Port Elliott

The house itself was small but comfortable. The suggestion i would make is please cut the lawn. Our fur baby is a small minituare breed. In some places the grass was high. Also my the room my daughter stayed in appeared to have something moving and scratching in the ceiling.However overall we enjoyed our stay.

Port Elliott

The property was old although they try to fix, renovate it as perfect as possible. The cleanliness was questionable as I felt dirt on my feet while walking inside, sofas had stain on it, we felt the need of a clock in the property on the wall, the ensuite toilet and washroom was too small, the basins were too small, there were no bins in the toilets. on our final night while we were watching a film on Netflix suddenly the internet connection was off and it hasn't came back till we were leaving the next morning. The beds were comfortable and i loved the quilt covers. The location of the property were very beautiful (apart from dog walkers). It is very confronting for us who are not used to them and we don't have any idea when they can attack us or our kids (and it happens in real as we came to know lots of incidents on tv or news). They just leave the dogs open unlatch which is not safe for people around them. We also believed that the price was too high for a property like this. It is an old property. They charged nearly $650 for 2 nights! which was not worthy at all. $500 for 2 nights should be ok.
