"We had a really great time at the Donovan residence and in St Andrew’s. The house was very clean, comfortable with lots of gracious space and views and it was in a great location for getting everywhere and there were many activities around to entertain our 15 month old. The property manager was very responsive and fixed some issues right away. We felt very welcome, thank you! "

"Clean, attractive cottage with three outdoor seating areas. Full kitchen. We didn't need to use the car for the first three days as we could walk everywhere. Host was responsive when we had a small issue. St. Andrews offers so much to enjoy!"

We saw eagles, osprey, minke whales, seals (both harbour and grey types) as well as dozens of songbirds, etc right from the back deck and property. We even got to see a cruise ship pass by the house as it left port in Maine. The owner is beyond responsive. There was an issue with the back door lock and within hours it was fixed! "Everything about this home was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, excellent location, and a friendly host who went above and beyond to insure our trip was a success and that we had everything we needed. Location is convenient yet quiet. Views are breathtaking especially the sunsets. Simply cannot say enough good things about the Head Harbour House! "

"Centrally located on Campobello, quiet but friendly, hosts were lovely. If your idea of glamping is a 5-star hotel just in a tent, this probably isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for somewhere a little more comfortable and convenient than camping, don’t want to worry about whether it will rain, know what you’re getting into with a composting toilet, and a rustic outdoor shower is your idea of luxury, you’ll have a wonderful stay."

"While my love affair with Campobello Island started with an overnight camping trip to Herring Cove Provincial park, this property sealed the deal. This is my second stay at the Starfish and it is heaven on earth. Nothing compares to the wildlife encounters I’ve had at the scenic overlook. It’s clear how much Dennis cares about the island and I will continue to stay at his amazing cottages as long as he continues to offer them for others to enjoy. "
