"We had 3 dry days, 4 wet, the fact that our host (Tom) was quick to respond to any questions we had and a very well equipped cottage with everything you could ask for made our stay very enjoyable despite the weather. You had a great view from the cottage and the location was quiet, we were able to tour parts of the lake which was our main objective We think that our host went above and beyond giving us local information as to shopping and sights to see, wouldn't hesitate to book with Tom again!"

"It was very nice and quiet. Right across the street from a good restaurant which was also nice. "

"Stayed August 2025 with family of four. We found other reviews to be largely accurate. Cottage was clean, comfy, well stocked (except we never did find an ice cream scoop lol). BBQ worked, lots of activities indoors and outside, good sitting areas, great location albeit on a busy lake.It's a stretch to say it has AC. There's a portable unit in the back hall with maybe a five/six foot hose. It didn't reach let alone cool the south-facing main area. It's probably fine most times of year but...

"Michael’s house has plenty of room for all. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was in good working order. We enjoyed hikes and beaching at Awenda Provincial Park. The parking passes for Awenda and Tiny Township were a really nice touch! "

"Our stay was amazing. We had a really great time. The accommodations are a perfect mix of modern comforts, and a quiet remote setting right on the water. Lots of stuff for kids to do, inside and out.Access to the lake but tucked away and quiet so no boat traffic. Kayak and paddle boat makes for a fun way to explore the area.Host is very accommodating, friendly, and puts effort into making sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.I’d recommend this spot to pretty much anyone,"

"Our stay over the long weekend was wonderful! Beautiful location in a quaint cottage with access to the water! Cottage was exactly how it was described on the listing and was quite clean. Just make sure to ask for how to access the property, but otherwise very easy/quick communication with the host! "
