"2/5 Stars I stayed here for two nights with my son. From the moment we walked in, the hallways had a strong smell of mildew mixed with cigarette smoke, which wasn’t a great first impression. Our first room was in very poor condition, and the toilet was broken. To the hotel’s credit, the front desk had no problem switching us to another room, and I appreciated how quickly they handled it. The second room was definitely better and looked like it had been partially renovated, but the TV didn’t...

"Pack your own sheets... you might need them. We had barely checked into our room before we noticed black hair all over the floors and bathroom, making it pretty obvious the room hadn't been vacuumed well in who knows how long. Then, when I tucked my 7-year-old into bed, I found a bloody Band-Aid hidden under the blankets. Absolutely disgusting. It makes me wonder if the sheets and blankets were even changed between guests. The staff who helped us were incredibly kind and genuinely felt terrible,...

"It seems like they are really trying. The lobby staff were so warm and welcoming and the room was nice but the bathroom was really not clean. I appreciated the key to get into the room so there aren't random people with access to the room. Everything was as expected for this hotel except the bathroom and shower."
