The Space:

fun amenities, and its breathtaking canal-front backyard with a swimming pool and hot tub.



The open-floor-plan living area combines with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, all under the majestic high

ceilings, with direct access to the pool area. Before stepping outside, explore the two fun game rooms. The garage has plenty of

game tables for all ages, while the video game room offers a more modern approach to entertainment.



The house sleeps six guests in three lavish king bedrooms, with two children able to sleep on the sofa bed.



The private outdoor area will delight you with a covered lounge, where you can light the fire pit and watch the big game over a

couple of cold ones while tasty BBQ sizzles in the outdoor kitchen. It will be hard to resist the allure of the swimming pool and the

★ POOL HEATING ★

During the cooler months there is a $50 per stay charge for pool heating, this is to offset the cost to run the heater. this applies to stays of 4 days or 40 days. Pool is set to run on a schedule, Pool heats from 8-6pm November through April. Please keep in mind, pool can be over 90 in the summer and between 75-85 in the winter months depending on outside temps.



★SAFETY ★

There are 4 cameras located on the property, one facing the driveway, one on the right side of the house towards the front door and 2 in the rear on on the pool equipment side and one covering the pool area. They are not monitored cameras but they do record to a DVR on site and are there for yours and our safety





★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★

We love those little (and not-so-little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
