"River’s Edge was perfect for our trip. We spent the week at a golf tournament at TPC Deere Run and this location was great. The house is very clean and inviting. The deck was amazing! We had rain a few days during our stay, so the covered deck, view and fire pit were perfect. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be back for any future trips. "

"A beautiful surrounding with walking and biking opportunities. Like-new and squeaky clean rooms and common areas. Superb view of the Mississippi. Some good restaurants within a couple of blocks. Nice bar on ground floor. Our first visit to Blue Suede Suites but Definitely not our last. "

"I enjoyed everything about this quaint little cabin. It was the perfect way to peacefully enjoy the outdoors, watching the river flow, while sitting on the deck, by the fire. "

"The property had more than enough space for my family of 6 adults. It was peaceful, minus the occasional train, with plenty to do. My adult kids loved the game room while my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. It is just a short drive to town, but we did everything from grilling on the deck to playing a rowdy card game around the large table with friends. Beds were comfortable and Kara’s home was clean. We hope to stay with her again in the fall. "

"We had a lovely visit for the Frazer-Johnson wedding at the barn. The kitchen was well appointed for making breakfast. The porch swing with a river view was a serene spot for morning coffee. This historic home was charming and the hostess communicated quickly when we had a question.We highly recommend."

"Stayed a couple nights to attend a family reunion and it worked out great. Pleasantly surprised at amenities; retro video games, projected TV screen, and well-stocked kitchen. Only drawback was a single restroom that was upstairs. Worked out ok for us but would be hard for someone with limited mobility. Was also quite warm until we discovered heat was on. There were ceiling fans and a couple portable fans as well."

"The house was exactly as advertised. It is an older home. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Pete was very easy to communicate with. We had an issue with one of the toilets. He replied literally minutes within my request to have it looked at and had it fixed the next day. Very pleasant stay."

"The Pine House was everything we hoped! We hosted my best friends batchelloret here for the weekend and it was perfect! Plenty of space for 10 people, fully stocked kitchen - all we had to do was get the food! The pool was clean and the furniture around it gave everyone a space to be comfy. The hot tub was a must and the fire was easier to start. The house cooled down quick and stayed cold! We will absolutely be back!"
