Wave N Sea has stylish nautical decor, an open floor plan, high ceilings, lots of natural light, and an amazing beach view! You'll be blown away by the endless views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the morning sunrise and listen to the waves from the furnished deck, and when you are ready to get some sand between your toes the beach is literally steps away.



Admire the beach while preparing your family's favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen with both bar seating and a large dining table. All bedrooms and the living area feature flat-screen smart TVs, and the home offers high speed internet.



The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower and double vanity. Bedroom two features a queen bed, and bedroom three has a full over full bunk bed with an additional trundle bed. The queen sleeper sofa and ottoman twin bed in the living area make it possible to sleep 12 comfortably. There are also a travel crib and high chair available for your baby.



The downstairs patio area has a picnic table, charcoal grill, and chairs perfect for a barbecue with friends and family. An outdoor shower is attached downstairs to wash the day away before enjoying the home.



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
