  • Brand new modern farmhouse beach house! Perfect location being just a few minutes from shops/restaurants and close to the beach! Fun for the whole family! Spend the day at the beach or outside enjoying the outdoor living space and come in to relax and enjoy cooking in a fully furnished kitchen! There is two bedrooms and a loft. The loft has a king size bed, the main floor bedrooms have a queen and a set of twin/twin bunks beds.

Loved the space and everything the property had to offer had all the cooking supplies we needed only complaint was that we found few strands of hairs in both restrooms which we thought was a tad bit dirty but other than that the place was nice tidy and comfortable place

Just show up and enjoy yourselves. Community pool was just a few steps away. We rented a golf cart and going forward it they are allowed on the beach. Me and my family will definitely have one.

Our rental was perfect! Right near the beach and the host were so easy to work with! The pool was also an added plus! It was a safe area, perfect for kiddos to play!!

Absolutely wonderful experience! It was super nice to get out of the house, and with a beautiful stay too. I was astonished at all the amenities provided! Everything was super clean, and so close to the beach! This beachhouse is better than other ones I've stayed at.We enjoyed some barbecue in the evening, but the lights weren't working. The chairs in the outside seating were nice, with hideaway cup holders too, however I wish there was a table or maybe shouldve brought a fold table or something to set things on. The mosquitoes also seemed to take a liking to us, we were eaten like Thanksgiving dinner haha but we got some bug spray.Overall, we had a great time and it was affordable too! Would book again

Perfect getaway

Truly enjoyed our stay. When we arrived the house felt so cozy. Location was perfect! Just a short walk to beach! Enough room for all of us. Wished it had stairs to get to top loft instead of ladder but didn't ruin our stay!

Had to call the owner to get code to retrieve key. The overhead lights were not working in the kitchen or the living room. The bunk bed room had no working overhead lights. Each bathroom had non-working soap and shampoo dispensers. There were hair stubbles left on the inset of the shower/tub. Broken handle on freezer.

We loved our stay at this house. It was cute, clean and had everything we needed and more. The queen bed was very comfortable. We didn’t go up to the loft area, but I would assume the king probably was as well. We had our 2 grandchildren with us and it was perfect for children. The house had a booster seat, pack n play and beach toys and other beach items. The kitchen and bathroom items were well stocked. The hosts were very responsive for any questions I had prior to our visit. Everything went smoothly. 10/10 recommend. We would stay again.

Our party was 2 older (50s) adults and 3 kids 11 and under. The older kids enjoyed the bunk beds and video game. The king bed in the loft is probably easily reachable for younger adults but was too steep for 2 older adults and a 4 year-old. One of us ended up sleeping on the sofa. (A ship’s ladder with handles would be easier to manage than the library ladder.) The rental was fairly clean. If you’re a clean/neat freak you may find a few issues (hair on the unlabeled, non-working shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers, corners of rooms that could do with a vacuum, broken freezer handle, leaking kitchen faucet.) We could not find and I was not provided the name of the WiFi network, although 2 different passwords were provided, so we ended up using one that was not password protected. If WiFi security is important to you, be aware. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location, which is very close to public beach access. Oh, and be aware that you can drive onto the beaches but you have to buy a parking permit from either The Big Store or the Valero nearby.

Unit was cute and clean, loved the play area and pool too! No negative feelings but we did have some concerns with the ladder situation! It’s steep, not kid friendly,, scary! Host responded quickly with answers. Ice maker was very slow, so bring some ice if you need it. Overall great place and great neighbors, fun environment , comfy beds! All we needed was a table on the bottom deck to go with the shower, grill and outdoor seating!
