The Space:

Sandy Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with a gorgeous beachfront view! This front row home features a covered, furnished deck with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, and all the fun on the beach below. When you want to join the beach fun, you are just steps away from the sand and surf!



The bright coastal decor is the first thing you'll notice when you enter the open concept great room. There are comfortable furnishings, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. You'll love the modern appliances, farm sink, and Keurig coffee maker. There is plenty of seating for your family around the island or dining table. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer on site, as well as high speed internet.



With over 2000 square feet, Sandy Cottage accommodates 12 easily. You'll find a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and 4 full size beds (bunk sets) in the third bedroom.



Downstairs you will find ample parking, a charcoal grill, picnic table, and swing. You will appreciate the outdoor shower when you come back from a day spent in the sand and saltwater. Sandy Cottage is a lovely place to make lasting beach memories!



No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Summer Beach Getaway

The house was great. The location was perfect. My only complaint is that there were no cleaning supplies, except for a broom, and no hand soap in the bathrooms. So I had to buy those items. Also no curtains or blinds. Kind of creepy at night. lol Overall it was a wonderful trip my girls loved it and had the time of their life.

Clean house and great location

We enjoyed the location of this house. It was very clean. The kitchen was not very well stocked but had the basics. The weekend we were there was pretty windy and the house rocked the whole time. It was a bit of an issue for one guest. The beds were comfortable, although it would be nice to have the beds made especially if we have to pay additional for linens.

Thanksgiving

The house is amazing! It sits right on the beach and is modern with three bedrooms and three baths. The only problem was no soap in bathrooms and no cleaning supplies. There was Dawn dishwashing liquid but nothing else. No dishwasher detergent, bathroom cleaner either. The floors needed to be mopped with dust and sand. We managed to leave the place clean though. M

Beach Weekend

The good stuff: Nice cabin with a great location Lots of room Awesome view. The not so good: Grass has not been maintained and was high, mosquitoes ate us alive. AC struggled to keep the cabin cool and we didnt have any kids running in and out. It dropped 1 degree in 8 hours. Was 77 when we arrived at 1pm, immediately moved it to 70. At 9 pm it was 76.

Perfect location in Crystal Beach

We had a wonderful time at this cute beach home. It is on first row and we enjoyed great views and sounds of the beach! Home was in great condition and clean.

Our First time at Crystal Beach. Really enjoyed location of this property to the beach. Property was very clean, management company was great!! Made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
