You won't want to leave this fantastic 2nd row 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with its gorgeous beach views! Looney Dunes has plenty of space for your family and friends to enjoy a week-long vacation, or a quick weekend getaway. This home is literally minutes away from the beach, as well!

The main floor of the house has a roomy living area that features two sofas (pull out queen sleepers) and a large flat screen television, with satellite TV and high speed internet. There's a spacious, well-appointed kitchen with a large island, dining room table, and loads of cabinet space. Enjoy making morning coffee with the combination regular drip/Keurig coffee maker, then mix up afternoon cocktails with the Ninja blender!

The large mezzanine deck has a separate room with a bar, refrigerator, TV and roll up windows for entertaining; plus there is plenty of deck furniture to enjoy the gulf view! On the mezzanine deck you'll also find a private bath and bedroom with a full over queen bunk bed that accommodates 4. The ground level features a fire pit area that is great all year round!

With over 1400 square feet, the home accommodates 18. The primary suite has a queen bed, television, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this level has two sets of sturdy full over queen bunk beds, and its own television.

Your small dog (under 35 pounds) is welcome with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

Great location-walking distance to beach!

My family and I had a great stay here. It was a good location to walk to the beach and the view from balcony is nice. Our only concern was the cleanliness- this place definitely needed a good deep clean. It was dirty under and behind beds, dirty clothes inside the downstairs closet from previous renters probably, fans were dusty, pillows were dirty, covers were not fresh and they don’t provide complimentary toiletries so we had to get that on our own. Also there was dog poo on top balcony area as you walk outside. Good location but gave it 3 stars because of the dirty spots we saw.

Perfect beach house

Fual level porch was pretty cool. Theres alreadt some toys and beach stuff you can use im the garage for entertainment. The house was nice, clean, sturdy and well put together. Perfectly close to the beach. Thank you so kuch

July 4th getaway

We had a great time. Looney Dunes was just as shown in the listing. Clean, fully furnished and plenty of space for everyone. The host was exceptional, easy to check in and check out. There was plenty of deck space for lounging and the perfect place for viewing fireworks.

Great get away!

The property was exactly what was expected, very beautiful, clean, and right by the beach. There was space for up to 18 people as promised if two people share a bed. Also the couches turn into queen size beds so that’s 9 beds in total. There is an extra charge for linens so if that is a must, make sure to ask for them. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely come back for another retreat.

Surprise vacation

In general the property is clean and with good ocean view. Unfortunately, with the capacity to hold 18 people without extra trash bag is challenge. Also, the ladder to climb up to the top of bunk bed is not secured. One of our member fell down due to ladder slid. This can be prevented.

Looney dunes on the beach!

Rented this spot for 6 awesome days! We thought it was absolutely perfect with perfect view of beach. The 2nd floor was our favorite 😝 had it’s own little suite with a bedroom, bathroom and little kitchen with a fridge ,sink and spot for the bar!!! Loved 🥰 it!! Then 3rd floor had amazing fully loaded kitchen, spacy living room with beautiful master bedroom (bed was small) but i had a huge queen air matress with us so i made it work… lol the 3rd room had 2 sets of bunk beds 🛏 which was cool… we also ordered linens…. Had an abundance of towels whisch was nice, but order your linens… comes doggie gates which our little dogs enjoyed the beach house too . Thank you had a blast!!

Crystal Beach House Rental

Rental property in a great location, excellent view of the beach very peaceful. Could be a little more detailed of what this house has we brought more house items than needed this house was well equipped with everything needed would definitely see having this experience again in the near future.

This property was ALL that!! The online listing doesn’t do it any justice. The listing doesn’t say it has a grill or fire pit. It is fully loaded with dishes & pots-n-pans.Very roomy and spacious. DEFINITELY going back!

Thanksgiving Vacation

It was perfect! Huge place with lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax. We had a big gathering of family and friends from out of state for our Thanksgiving on the beach and we couldn't have been more pleased with the house.

House and location were fantastic! Needs to provide linens.

The house was clean, and spacious enough for full capacity. The beach is only a few steps away and the unobstructed view keeps you outside happily all day. Our only complaint was the lack of linens on all the beds. We found out last minute that they charge $163 extra for towels and linens, so drying dishes and such was a challenge. Other than that, we loved our stay!

Beautiful Clean Beachhouse

The house is nice and cozy. Very clean with different variety of small kitchen appliances and a nice set of dishes and silverware. We love the grill. Short walk to the beach is convenience.
