This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is centrally located near restaurants and shopping, and has an outdoor area designed for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the upstairs deck, with the salty breeze. You are only a short walk or ride to the beach as well!



The open living/dining/kitchen area has room for the family to relax, eat, or get competitive at game night! You'll enjoy the comforts of home like high speed internet, washer and dryer, and satellite television.



With 1700 square feet, Lobster Roll easily accommodates 9. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bath, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is a bunk room with a twin over full bunk and an additional queen bed. Each bedroom has its own television with satellite TV service.



Downstairs is the entertaining space you have been looking for! There are swings, a private bar with seating, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower that feels like a dream after a day in the sun and sand. Lobster Roll is a great place for your family to make beach memories!



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
