An exceptional stay awaits at this cozy beachfront vacation home. Outside, take in infinite Gulf views from your furnished, wraparound balcony. And when you want to hit the beach, this home is just steps from the water. Take the family for a round of mini-golf less than eight miles away. Just 10 miles away from Hooks Woods Bird Sanctuary and Smith Oaks Sanctuary, nature enthusiasts will find themselves immersed in the beauty of the local avian population. Additionally, you'll be approximately 25 miles from Anahuac Wildlife Refuge for an opportunity to explore diverse wildlife habitats.

While inside, you'll find a variety of comforts and amenities to make your visit a memorable one. Prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine at the kitchen island or one of the adjacent tables. The spacious living area features multiple sofas and chairs and a TV for movie nights.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The Shore Thing Stay

Vacasa called the day before check in to change residences. All went very well and while staying at the new place the Direct TV went out. Gina with Vacasa was very helpful and got us fixed up early the next morning.

Worse experience ever

Cons: First walk in my 10 yrs old son saw roach second a lot of Mosquito because of the dirty pond right outside next to the house , steam pan very rusty, I don’t know why not throw away, about 7-8 plates mixed and match, no cooking utensil , no cutting knife, 1 small cutting bend cutting board, beach sand are mix with sea shells my kids got too many cut on hand and feet we have to drive 10 mins to Crystal beach, what is the purpose of renting on the beach and have to go to different beach, ? The zucchini water are dirty, the local manager are not pickup phone after I complained to her right at the time we find out these stuffs , good luck to you if you stay here, forgot the house is listing for sale , I think that are the reason oh no internet
