The Space:

Centrally located in the heart of Crystal Beach this comfortable, 2nd row house features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and accommodates 14. This 1300 square foot home offers great views of the beach and access by vehicle, golf cart or a short walk. The wraparound deck has a small dining set; perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and sunrise view with the sound of the waves.

3 Tiki Time has all the modern conveniences of home--microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TVs and high-speed internet. The well-furnished kitchen features a large bar great for dining or preparing meals. There is an additional dining table with room for four more.



In the primary bedroom you have one king bed, and the other two bunk rooms offer 4 beds each. One has two queen over queen bunk beds, and the other offers two twin over twin bunk beds.

A large area under the house is perfect for small gatherings (charcoal grill included), and has an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There is ample parking for all your guests.



Small dogs (35 lbs and under) are allowed with a fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
