"Everything was great. Very comfortable place. Convenient yet "out of the way". Quiet little town. Not commericialized location. Access the the bay area beaches, pier fishing, sea wall, restauants, short drive to ocean access breaches. House had everything needed. Well decorated. Loved the plants and patio. Host was professional, friendly, courteous, helpful. Will stay here again!"

"The house was very cute and functional. The fact that it was just steps away from the beach and pier was amazing. Very family friendly my adult kids went walking, crabbing, and fishing every night. My 2 granddaughters loved the bunks in the hallway. It was a great family vacation. We enjoyed our time together. If you forget anything Michelle the host has about everything you need and if she doesn't Speedy Stop will, and the fact that they are open 24/7 is amazing. Oh and she has plenty of linens...

"Bills place is a great spot. It is exactly as advertised. The location and everything provided is great for a group of guys on a fishing trip. The only downside for a group of more than 3 or 4 is that it only has one bathroom and everything is on the second or third floor. Bill is a great host and is extremely helpful."

" Very deceiving listing after staying many times in POC. Second bed was a loft with barely any headspace. Any person with disabilities would be unable to access. No dining table! Not even a small table or end table so impossible to have a meal with any measure of comfort. Lack of items always available through VRBO, such as paper towels, indicative of poor host. "In a very respectful message, I asked the owner of this property to please let us know he would fix our concerns for future occupants. With no reply, we are sharing our tainted experience. While this place was clean in visible areas, has pleasant views (except for the rundown and possibly abandoned place yards away), comfortable beds, and a nice porch area with 2 lovely wooden rockers, there were definitely issues.
