"Clean room and convenient location "

"We enjoyed our stay at Key West Inn during our recent visit to Fairhope. Our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was very convenient to area restaurants and downtown area. We felt safe there. Staff was very kind and attentive. "

"There was blood on the sheets, beds, hairs on all the bedding, mold on the ac holes in the walls glitter across the bathroom, hair in the tub, broken tub drain, white stuff on the cover, trash under the bed and in the drawers, took three hours and three separate going down to get clean stuff brought up. The pool was empty and the floors were nasty turned new white socks black! Took out 20$ money for the 10$ breakfast and put it in the tip jar instead of giving us the cash back. Then acted like...

"Pretty disappointing. I usually don’t care much about the room, as long as there’s a shower and a bed for cheap. This place is disgusting. The room I got, 111, is infested with mold. The dehumidifier included in the room is obviously never cleaned or emptied by housekeeping, as it was coated in mold when I opened the tank to drain it. Every day it filled up while I was out, leaving the room at 75% humidity. The shower curtain has mold. 3 of the 4 corners of the room are moldy. There is mold...

"Lobby, receptionist all wonderful. Room yuck! Spelled like urine. Beds clean though. Kitchen questionable, shower without shampoo, conditioner "

"The property needs a major rehabilitation. Carpet is very dirty and worn. Doors stick to the point it took two to force it open. Out of shampoo and desk did not have access to refils. Desk staff unable to give food recommendations in the area stating she does not know the area. Over all very sorry we picked this location for our stay."

" It was a fully booked hotel but we were able to to find parking alright. The staff were very nice. However, our room had a very concerning odor, like must mixed with urine. The Door to our building had issues and sometimes would not open with our key card. The pancake machine and juice machine were not functioning properly. "
