"The Beach Hotel is a social enterprise run by the YMCA as an apprenticeship scheme. In light of this we had quite modest expectations for our stay. But these were misplaced - the hotel is spotlessly clean, and run by professional, welcoming staff. Staff are great and the pub has a nice relaxed feel with a bar area used by the locals (Friendly) with everything you want from a country pub. Restaurant area separate from the pub with a good varied menu.the food I had was great and good value for money. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area."
