"Hotel Port Palace is centrally located! Easy walk to the port across the street, Cafe Milano Italian restaurant and a few minutes up the street the casino! The hotel is well kept with wonderful aesthetic! I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again 😍"

"My stay was good and I stayed for six nights. What amazed me was that on Expedia said it is a 4 star hotel. This Jay hotel by Happy Culture is far from 4 star hotel. It is definitely a 3 star hotel. The location was very convenient, but surrounding area was dirty with big trash cans outside the hotel plus homeless being around and at nights get noisy. "A little gem of a hotel , quiet and peaceful haven within a busy city. Staff pleasant and helpful. Lovely little garden to chill out but no bar service. However if you wanted a drink there’s another little place directly next door you can use. Easily walkable from main station and into town. "

"The hotel was a short walk to the train, and close to the beach. It was very clean and seemed like a newer property. It had multiple outlets for us to connect and charge electronics. Loved that it was loft style so the main bed was upstairs and then it had 2 single pull out couches in the lower level. The shower and toilet were separate which was great and it had a hallway door in case you didn’t want to wake those sleeping on the lower level while you showered. They also gave us water bottles...
