"Room was small but very well designed so it was comfortable and fully functional. The hotel location is great with plenty of dining options nearby,and on the route from the station to the leaning tower. All staff were very helpful and efficient and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Decent 4 star hotel. Walking distance to the leaning tower and the restaurants/bars. Comfy beds. We had a family room, which was two connecting rooms. Worked well having 2 bathrooms. Good selection at breakfast. Hotel is a bit dated but overall a good stay."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was sufficient but the coffee from the self service machine was awful. Good hotel for a quick stopover when travelling."

"A fantastic property in a fantastic location. We loved the room and the balcony which was a little haven of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of Pisa. We had some frustrations around communicating our check-in time which slightly detracted from the positive experience."
