"The spa was relaxing with very courteous staff. My room was ready early for me to check-in and allowed me to get settled. Front desk staff awas also very friendly. Shuttle was readily avaliable and had a very courteous driver. Food at the bar was very good. Staff also very friendly and accommodating. "

"The sheets were stained but the staff was super courteous and brought me a new change of sheets promptly. The room was otherwise clean and so was the bathroom. The customer service was great! "

"From the front desk to the rest of the staff, everyone was very friendly but also very professional and very helpful. I called the front desk about 5 straight times to ask questions I was waiting for the receptionist to e upset ,to my surprise she was laughing it up with me. That alone made my stay great"

"We absolutely loved everything about our stay, from the nice welcome by Patrick, chats with staff in the lobby, great warm breakfast included, incredible room, to the fun, delicious and energetic and restaurant, this place is the tops. Our Block Island 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen had everything we needed, was tidy and provided comfortable beds and bedding. The view is great and the beach access convenient. Can’t wait to stay again!"
