"My plane was delayed so I didn’t get in till the next morning. When I arrived around 9:30AM I was told the front desk doesn’t open till 10am. When I arrived at 10am they looked at me and said “you can’t check in till 3pm”. When I told them I should have a room ready for the 3 days (starting last night) there was absolutely no concern to solve the problem. The fridge didnt work and there was no microwave or coffe maker and i was under the impression there was to be a couch in the room also but they said they havent had any in the room in years. The pictures on the web site is very misleading. It shows couches in the rooms and updated fridge, microwave etc.Then the next day my husband talk to the manager and he apologized and moved us to another room.
