Situated in the peaceful Lytchett Bay View area of the park, Sunflower Cottage is a lovely place to unwind, enjoy the fresh sea air and make special holiday memories. The beach is just a two-minute stroll away, while the park's main entertainment complex is only a short walk from the caravan.

With central heating and double glazing, the caravan is ideal for comfortable coastal breaks throughout the year. Whether you are planning a family holiday, a getaway with friends or a relaxing break with your dogs, Sunflower Cottage offers a welcoming home from home.

**COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATION FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS – SLEEPS UP TO 8**

The open-plan interior features a modern coastal theme, warm wood finishes, striking feather-patterned wallpaper and a vibrant geometric rug. The comfortable layout provides space to relax together while enjoying your own cosy sleeping areas.

**LIVING AREA**

Relax on the large, dark grey L-shaped sofa, which converts into a comfortable double bed for additional sleeping space. The living area also features a modern coffee table, an electric fireplace for a cosy atmosphere and a dining table with seating for four. It is a lovely place to enjoy a family meal, watch a film or unwind with a cup of tea after a day exploring Dorset.

**MASTER BEDROOM WITH PRIVATE EN-SUITE**

The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a private en-suite shower room, offering extra privacy and convenience.

Inside the wardrobe, you will also find an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and four folding chairs for extra seating around the dining table.

**TWO COSY TWIN BEDROOMS**

Both twin bedrooms feature two comfortable single beds, making them ideal for children or friends sharing. Fresh bedding and a welcoming atmosphere help make these practical rooms comfortable places to rest after a busy day at the beach or exploring the local attractions.

**BATHROOMS**

For extra comfort and convenience, Sunflower Cottage has two shower rooms: a private en-suite shower room off the master bedroom and a separate family shower room equipped with a spacious shower cubicle.

Hand soap, shampoo and body wash are provided, so you can settle in and feel at home from the moment you arrive.

**THOUGHTFUL EXTRAS INCLUDED**

Fresh bed linen and fluffy towels are included in the price, with no additional laundry fees. A travel cot and highchair can also be provided free of charge when requested in advance.

**A WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN**

The modern U-shaped kitchen features light wood cabinetry and dark worktops. It is equipped with the essentials for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed family dinner.

Facilities include a gas hob and oven, an under-counter fridge, a separate freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and espresso coffee machine. Pots, pans, crockery and cooking utensils are provided, along with a complimentary tea and coffee starter pack.

**WI-FI, ENTERTAINMENT AND PARKING**

Enjoy your own dedicated high-speed private Wi-Fi rather than relying on the park's shared Wi-Fi. The internet-connected Smart TV provides access to Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime. Guests need their own streaming account logins. The Wi-Fi password is provided inside the caravan.

A dedicated parking bay for one car is located right next to Sunflower Cottage, making it easy to unload your luggage and holiday essentials.

On-site amenities include The Mash and Barrel family restaurant, Papa John's Pizza, Cook's Fish & Chips, mini-golf, climbing walls, the Adrena-Line aerial adventure and The Jump.

Please note that Haven Play/Activity Passes are not included in the accommodation price. If you wish to use the swimming pools or access the main entertainment facilities, passes can be purchased separately from the main Rockley Park reception, subject to Haven's terms and availability.

If you prefer a quieter coastal break, you can still enjoy the local beach and eat at the on-site restaurants without purchasing entertainment passes.
