The cottage is located in the Auvergne volcano park in the countryside with views of the Sioule valley.
This cottage is 90m2 with a 30m2 terrace and adjoining land.
It is made up of two bedrooms, one of which is a 25m2 attic master bedroom (140cm bed) with a view of the Sioule valley and one bedroom that can accommodate 3 people (3 single beds, two of which can be joined).

Prafot for families: A baby bed can be made available with high chair, stroller, bed bar - Provision of games and books for children of all ages.

Separate WC and a shower room.
Equipped kitchen open to living room and terrace with also a view of the valley.
Equipment: integrated kitchen with freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, senseo coffee maker, mixer ...

The living room is open on the terrace, it is equipped with a leather sofa and armchair, a television with a Dvd player.
WiFi is available.

30m2 terrace with garden furniture, it overlooks the valley in a green setting with no neighbors.

- Security deposit of 300 euros from on arrival and delivery within 7 days after departure
- Cleaning to be done before the deposit is returned.
- A deposit of 50 € will be requested on arrival for cleaning and returned within 7 days
- Only one animal allowed

Animals are present around the lodging: a horse, chickens, cows and two dogs very nice with the children.

Information can be given on the location of the eternal ice at the Cheire de Côme and the Chazalous camp, the start of which is at the foot of the gîte.

The cottage is made available for a quiet holiday in nature in contact with animals.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est grand, agréable, propre et bien rénové.Je le recommande.Les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs.Le logement est en location depuis peu je pense, et gagnerait à être un peu mieux équipé, ce qui se fera certainement petit à petit.

Tranquillité et reposant

Pour mes toutes premières vacances avec ma fille de 7 mois, cela fût des vacances parfaites, dans un logement vraiment très agréable, calme et très bien situé pour randonnée avec elle. Le contact avec Isabelle est vraiment agréable, très réactive et disponible. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de la rencontrer, mais, je ne manquerai pas d'aller lui rendre visite par plaisir, suite à nos échanges. Je recommande vraiment ce logement si vous passez un petit moment dans la région !!!!

Gite confortable et au calme

Le gite est agreable et pratique, y compris avec des tous petits. La saison ne permettait pas de profiter pleinement de la terrasse et de l'exterieur, mais doit etre tres agreable quand il fait plus chaud, avec une belle vue. Les commerces sont assez proches et beaucoup d'options pour des balades et visites dans le secteur. La communication avec notre hote a été très facile. Parfait pour un sejour reposant en famille!

gite rural champêtre .

aménagements très récents ; confortable ; propre ; grand calme ; à la campagne et à moins d'1 Km du bourg avec toutes les commodités ; exposition dominante nord , très agréable par fortes chaleurs ; joli point de vue sur la vallée ; nombreux restaurants dans les environs . Le gîte était conforme à nos attentes , avec en plus la convivialité du propriétaire et de sa voisine ; très bien accueillis .
