"Hotel was close enough to old town Salzburg. Breakfast area was crowded. Room does not have phone for local use use or room to room calling. Our tv was slow to respond to change of channel."

"The location was great, it was very easy to drive to and then a short bus or train ride to the city. The hotel also included day passes for public transportation for each day. There is a mall across the street, so it you need food there are lots of options. The hotel room is small, we had to squeeze between the bed and the wall, but it was still very nice, it even has a heated bathroom floor. The breakfast was good, my only suggestion would be to keep the level of eggs higher, several...

"We had a lovely stay at the Arcotel Castellani. The room looked to be recently decorated was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the mountains. Air con, tea, coffee and water was provided along with general toiletries in the bathroom. Check in and out was easy and they stored our luggage so we could explore after check out time without carrying bags around. It is about a 20 minute walk into the old town (a straight walk) but a number 3 or 8 tram will also take you there in 15 minutes. ...

"Great and beautifully displayed breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff, even helping with some business matters with UPS. The room is relatively small but perfect if you are planning to walk around throughout the Altstadt. Highly recommended!"
