"Property was beautiful, clean and met our needs. It is listed online as a 4-bedroom but in fact there were only three but it was enough for our needs. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, what a treat. We appreciated the lilttle welcoming items and found everything we needed. The location was beautiful and centrally located to all of our activities. Our only issue was the fire alarm in the living room seemed a little sensitive it went off a couple of times while we were cooking."

"We had a very nice stay for our group of four adults. Beautiful home with lots of games and puzzles. Fun decor. Everything we needed to cook a few meals and enjoy some wine. The deck was nice and the weather perfect to enjoy a bit of time outside. "

"Super cute, modern condo in the perfect downtown Salida downtown. The condo was great for my daughter and I. It is right next to the Boat House restaurant and walkable to everything which is what we were after. We only stayed one night but it seemed to be well equipped. There was a little noise from people outside in the evening which may be an issue for some so this might not be the right location for everyone. I appreciated the updated styling of the room and it was nice and bright. "

"I hope the owner and future visitors continue to take care of this beautiful property so we can all visit this lovely home for years to come. The home is beautiful, tastefully decorated in a way that honors the history and architecture. It had everything we needed; plenty of pillows, soft beds & blankets, seating areas with beautiful views. "We rented this as the groomsmen’s house for our daughter’s wedding at Howard Creek Farm. It was the perfect choice. The location is great, close to the venue and importantly, right on the river. The guys caught a crazy number of fish on each trip into the river. The house was clean, comfortable, a nice home. The guys had a great time. Lora and Mary communicate very well and are very kind. We could not have asked for anything more."

"I took my 84 year old mom on a driving tour of Colorado to show her our beautiful state. She loved every bit of it and we really loved the condo! It was clean, updated and the hosts were extremely friendly helpful and responsive!"
