"My stay was great, the staff was friendly and even allowed me to do an early check in and then accommodated me for a late check out at a discounted rate. The window was huge and the view was outstanding, especially at night. If you’re attending an event at State Farm Arena, they are connected. You can’t stay any closer."

"Room was not clean. Found hairs from another person in the bathroom and on the bed covers. The line to check in was so long! I waiting about 45 mins in line. There’s about 8 decks at check in with only 2 people working? Was not expecting this from Hyatt Regency. I’ve said in many Hyatt regency’s in the US but Atlanta was the worst one by far. Will not be staying here again.
Also why is your parking lot full for your own guests? Why am I paying for parking on another property? And the parking...
