**Booking guest required to upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation, provide names and identification of all guests and number and breed of pets within 48 hours of booking. Failure to communicate with the host may result in cancellation of booking.**

No smoking of any kind allowed on the property.

This is a single family home that you will have completely to yourself with full privacy. There are cameras in front and side of the home that only record the exterior of the property These cameras are for security purposes only and DO NOT record the pool patio area.

***NO street parking*** You will be towed. We have parking for 4 average sized cars in the driveways. No parking in the garage or garage access.

Pets allowed with pet fee paid $25 per pet/per day max 2 pets. Pet fee must be paid within 2 days of booking. Pets that are not paid for or are snuck in will result in cancellation of stay-we love pets, and want to welcome yours but you gotta tell us about them! Pet owners are required to pick up all pet poop from the property.

For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $225 per pet per month.

Wow, location, location, location!! This spacious, open concept 3 bedroom, 2 FULL baths is located a hop skip and not even a jump from the quietest part of Daytona Beach. It's like having your own private beach at times. If the beach isn't your thing, there is a lovely pool (unheated) to enjoy, with separate eating area. The large master bedroom has an ensuite with a great walk-in shower with plenty of water pressure and comfy bed. The kitchen has new appliances if you choose to cook, grocery store just down the road, but once again location, location, there are a lot restaurants in the area to choose from. House has smart TV and WiFi but no smoke detector, so we brought our own. There is a washer and dryer, which is great for longer stays. Also there are many things to do in the immediate area, from visiting the Light house, and marina to just walking around and seeing the sites. You are a mere 5-8 miles from the main downtown Daytona hub and there is a bus stop close by if you don't have a car. The house was clean, but not spick and span due to the trouble caused by the previous guests. But the host was very apologetic and did send over a cleaning person. There were a few other minor hiccups, but nothing that couldn't be over looked. The host was vey helpful and replied in a very fast manor. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this listing for a long or short get away for families, friends or just like my husband and myself trying to escape the cold of the winter.

Review

Safety issues with the pool were concerning. No hand rail. Garbage pick up information was not clear. We paid for cleaning so check out duties were a little much. Tv n 3rd bedroom apparently never hooked up. All tvs should have come with instructions.

Beautiful home steps from the beach

This home was a wonderful stay for our family. Super clean, all amenities we could need, and comfortable. Its steps from public beach access as well as great walking trails. Everything is super accessible. We enjoyed this rental very much and hope to return! :)

Location is excellent!

The location is wonderful, so close to the beach, and there are no hotels in the area, so the beach is not busy at all!! The access to the beach has two sets of stairs that can be kind of difficult to take a cart up or down if you don’t have help. The furniture, particularly in the master bedroom is very nice. Everybody thought their beds were comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool is very nice feature. We did need to buy mosquito fogger and spray it daily. There is a broken fountain in the back corner of the patio with sitting green water, that was a mosquito attractant. We also had plans to grill, but the grill did not have a cover and was quite rusty. The house is very spacious on the inside with a large bar area that we sat around and played games every night. We had a really fun family vaca!

Unfortunately cons outweigh the pros

Doubtful if this will be published, but while we enjoyed our vacation overall, there were more negatives than positives. Positives: great location, quiet community, practically had a lot of the beach to ourselves. Negatives: advertised a spa, there was no spa. The grill in the photo looked practically new. The actual grill was rusted on the outside and filthy inside. We had planned to use the grill a lot, but I don’t think I should have to clean someone else’s mess. We had to eat out more than we planned. The house was 80+ degrees when we arrived. With the hot weather, a 4 pm check in time, and the strain on the ac, we were miserable that evening. We had to buy a fan to go along with the ceiling fan to try to get comfortable enough to sleep. House rarely cooled below 75. The house had been renovated, but the handle on the freezer was broken off the fridge and the cooktop looked as it had been improperly used. An under counter light began to smoke and a member of our family burned his hand trying to unscrew it. It was on the same switch as the garbage disposal, so we, out of caution, couldn’t use the disposal afterward. Pool was nice, but no shade near it. Also no adequate lighting to allow use of pool after dark. Pool deck had weeds that needed removal. Screen enclosed porch at pool flooded with water running in under the door each time it rained. It had an unpleasant odor from frequently getting wet. We wondered If someone actually lives at this property when not rented?

Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Being close to the beach was great along with the size of the pool. The house accommodations worked great for us. The host was very polite and responsive with my questions. Other than a couple of small issues that I informed the host about, for our family it would have worked better if one of the other bedrooms also had a king bed, but we managed.

Perfect!

The house was great for 6 of us. Age range from 51-17. Room to spread out but great areas to come together and eat or play games. The access to the beach was my favorite. Less than 5 minute walk. Not crowed at all. Went every morning to look for shells then back around noon to relax. The pool at the house was a nice bonus. Enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful home and Peaceful area

We have always stayed at Panama City beach until this trip. We have small kids and wanted something more private and peaceful. This home was absolutely beautiful and well kept, amenities were 100% on point, and Ashley is amazing at making sure you are taken care of and responded to. Very family friendly area and much more peaceful than we were use to. We will definitely book again.

Grandson visit

We came down to Florida to visit my first born grandson. We loved the location for ocean and house with the pool! We especially liked downtown Daytona was only 10 minutes away. Overall was great time at great price.

Daytona Beach house

We picked this property because it was in close proximity to our family and had everything we needed for a week away. The pool was a plus and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again next year!
