Villa 15 minutes from the beach with private pool. Available for 6 people.

Villa of 120m2, with private pool and quiet garden, 3 bedrooms, air conditioning, wifi (operator free)

 Outside your holiday home, a terrace with garden furniture and a terrace with a table.
A terrace is in the shade, the other in the sun.
You can enjoy breakfast and meals overlooking the pool. A barbecue is provided for this purpose.

The swimming pool measures 8mx4 meters. Adults have feet. Six sunbaths around the pool will make you appreciate the charm of the place.
The pool is equipped with a bubble box to keep the water temperature at night.
There is no vis-à-vis with the neighborhood, you will immediately feel at home, the villa is completely fenced by high walls.
The pool in this very quiet place is a highlight of my rental in this typical village where it is good to rest.

Interior:
The living room measures 50m2 with American kitchen. It gives access to the two outdoor terraces.
The kitchen area is fully equipped:
ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Senseo coffee maker, classic coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook.
The air conditioning is in the main room which consists of a table for 6 people, a sitting area with two sofas, a TV with Free channels, a DVD player. A baby high chair is also provided.

This house has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds, 2 in 140, one in 160. A cot umbrella is available. One of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a shower room.
The bathroom consists of a bath and a toilet.
However there is a second independent toilet in the sleeping area.

Finally a garage where you can get your vehicle and a parking space in front of the garage. A washing machine and a small yard to extend. Laundry.

This small village offers many services such as bakery, tobaccos, pharmacy, U market (with sale of a producer of seashells on Sunday morning!), butcher, grocer, snack bar, hairdresser, local walk on Tuesdays .. we even have tennis lessons just nearby and being at the end of the village a health trail in the middle of vineyards.
Pomerols village in the heart of the vineyards is famous for its cellar Hugues de Beauvignac.
It is located 20 minutes from the beaches of Marseillan beach, but also 30 minutes from Montpellier, Beziers, Sète.

Our region is full of treasures to visit as well as many water activities but also pedestrian.

This is our third holiday in the villa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. Lots of improvements to the villa and we will be back soon.

.ous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Tout est nickel. Il ne manque rien. Endroit calme et on est à proximité de tout ( courses, marchés, plages)Dialogue avec les hôtes très agréable. Si vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances vous pouvez louer cette villa sans hésiter.

A very comfortable, well equipped house with plenty of space for our family of 6. Large sliding doors look out onto the enclosed garden & patio, which includes a covered dining area and BBQ, The house is a short walk to the village centre for the boulangerie & local shops, etc. Lovely beaches & walks just a short drive away.

Séjour très agréable dans cette belle région. Propriétaire sympathique. Maison au calme, pratique mais vieillissante, literie vraiment bonne à revoir. L'expression "dur comme du bois" prend tout son sens quand on soulève le matelas de la suite parentale, et qu'en guise de sommier vous avez 2 planches de bois... Malheureusement les matelas ne sont pas en meilleur état. Les tiroirs des meubles sont cassés, ainsi que le support de douche etc... Quelques travaux d'entretien à prévoir je pense ! Petit conseil, si vous souhaitez profiter de la piscine non chauffée (ce qui est bien précisé dans l'annonce), ne venez pas le 20 septembre car l'eau est à 20 degrés donc avec un enfant en bas âge c'est inutile.

We spent three lovely weeks in this property. It was exactly as described in the information provided. A very short walk into the village and maybe 8 mins walk to a large well stocked supermarket. A helpful, friendly and professional owner.

Wir waren für eine Woche zu Gast. Es war sehr erholsam und schön. Als Familie mit kleinen Kindern ist es toll, dass es keine Treppen gibt und der Pool durch einen Zaun abgesperrt ist.

Das Ferienhaus ist genauso schön wie beschrieben. Wir haben zu dritt dort zwei Wochen Urlaub gemacht und ihn genossen. Das größere Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine komfortable extra Dusche und neben dem Badezimmer gibt es auch noch ein separates WC. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung ist einfach toll. Die kleine Ortsmitte mit Bäcker morgens und Barbesuch abends ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Hélène hat uns sehr herzlich mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt und war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar, um uns bei Fragen oder Problemen zu helfen. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub, den ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen würde.

L’endroit est très sympa nous avons séjourné fin octobre et nous espérons pouvoir revenir en saison estivale afin de profiter encore plus ! Hélene est super , nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement et ce 2 heures avant! La maison est conforme à la description , la piscine doit être vraiment appréciable en été en cette saison c’était il faisait trop frais pour nous 😅 , honnêtement la maison et l’aménagement extérieur terasse et piscine sont bien mieux en vrai que sur les photos selon moi😁 En cuisine vous trouverez un large choix d’ustensiles , sans exagérer il y a plus que ce qu’il ne faut pour moi du moins en vacance . Donc pour nous 100% à refaire ! Merci Hélene !

Lovely house in quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Pomerols. House well equipped with everything you need. Great pool though be aware it is quite deep if you are short and a non-swimmer (not us). Lots of places to visit nearby. Cannot recommend too highly.

Das Ferienhaus fanden wir wie beschrieben vor. Der Außenbereich mit dem sehr gepflegten Pool ist ein Traum und man muss sich aufgrund des Zaunes keine Sorgen um kleinere Kinder machen. Auch die Austattung der Küche war ideal. Die ruhige Lage ermöglichte die optimale Erholung und trotzdem waren Supermarkt, Bäcker und ein Spielplatz fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Sie begrüßte uns herzlich und sprach auch gut Englisch, was es uns einfacher machte. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

Thoroughly enjoyed a week's holiday at the villa. Very quiet area; we didnt hear a sound at any point. The villa is well equipped with lots af space for socialising and three very comfortable double beds. Loved the pool. The villa is well placed, around 10 minutes from Marseillan (nice market) and 15 to 20 from the beach at Marseillan plage. Communicating with Helene via Vrbo was a little slow but we wouldn't hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Pool , Haus waren sauber und gepflegt, Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos . Ein paar Kleinigkeiten am Haus (Terassentür im Zimmer konnte man nicht ganz öffnen) aber ist nicht schlimm gewesen. War ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem schönen Haus und wunderbaren Pool

We expected not very much due to the cheap costs for renting. But we were very positive surprised. Much nicer as on the pictures. Very clean and comfotable. Only the position is a small minus. Long distance to the hotspots like the beach. But We highly recommend it
