VILLA BENNASAR - RUSTIC STAY

Villa Bennasar is a charming Mallorca Villa with a lovely outdoor space. It has been made great use of local decor and designs. The cottage style villa which has two floors and beautiful views provides good holiday accommodation and is decorated with bright colors.



The entry to the villa is directly into the lounge and dining area. There is a fully fitted kitchenette with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday. Villa Bennasar enjoys unlimited free WIFI for use.



Up to the first floor there are the two bedrooms, both with beautiful natural light. One has two single beds pushed together and the other with a single and a folding bed with a private balcony and excelent views. Both rooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.



From the lounge, doors open onto the facing front terrace which is partially covered by a veranda for outdoor dining and with easy access to the pool and sunbathing area. There is also a barbeque constructed in stone, with an exterior utility room and shower/WC, perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying outdoors.



From here there are views towards the moutains, great valley and abundant nature. Villa Bennasar is situated on a plot partially screened by hedges , plants and shrubs with lawn areas and pretty flowerbeds with fencing around the perimeter.



Villa Bennasar is located in a privileged area of Pollensa, just minutes from its picturesque village where you will find a variety of cafés, restaurants, traditional bars and many typical shops with welcoming ambiences. This old town is renowned for its beauty and folklore. Any Sunday, you could visit its open-air market and find fresh farm products.



You could also visit Puerto Pollensa, located 15 minutes from the Villa, an ideal place to settle back on the beach, practice water sports like kayaking, jet skiing or a taking boat tour. Take a dive a little further to Cala San Vicente for its clear waters.



The use of car is needed to move freely and make the most of your stay, as there’s much more to explore at the surroundings of Villa Bennasar!

Sehr schöne finca

Es war alles ok , leider lebt auf der terrasse eine ratte , die den fanzen abend hin und her rennt , auch über unsere köpfe hinweg. Außerdem sind durch die lage extrem viele Mücken unterwegs , weshalb wir die schöne ausenanlage nicht nutzen konnten

Beautiful little finca with everything you need

I stayed with my mum there and we both liked the finca. In the kitchen we found everything to cook, it was overall clean and as described. There were just some wesps around the pool, but I think it is something that cannot be changed easily.

Hervorragend

Das Haus liegt idyllisch an dem Radweg nach Campanet und ist circa 5 km und 10 Fahrminuten (Rad) von Pollenca entfernt. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Am Morgen kann man auf der Terrasse in der Sonne Frühstücken und am Abend entspannt das Grillen genießen. Durch die gut ausgestattete Küche kann man auch an schlechten Tagen gut kochen und das Haus bietet mit seinen zwei Bädern jeglichen Komfort. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Ik had een woning besproken met airco. Vanaf woensdag t/m de week erna op vrijdag. We zijn er maar 9 nachten geweest, doch op de 1e zaterdag begaf de airco het en het was bloedheet in het huis. Pas op woensdag werd die gemaakt, dus eigenlijk bijna de hele vakantie. Een groot minpunt. Begreep dat het in het weekend moeilijk was, maar maandag?????? Een groot minpunt dus. Bij een eventuele volgende boeking iets van compensatie?????

Not really a villa a semi detached house/apartment

It was a lovely property in many ways. We have stayed twice yearly in villas in the Pollensa/Alcudia area for 5 years now, so have experienced a few to compare it too. It was very well equipped as we like to do our own catering and the kitchen was extremely workable. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in and the showers where both excellent. The sofa/chairs however were one of the most uncomfortable ones I have come across and the property lacked any kind of outside undercover seating area. The weather wasn't great for a couple of days of our stay and we were forced to sit inside the property which was very dark and cold in not good weather. The pool was lovely as was the outside space overlooking a field. I think our main issue was the fact that the property is semi detached not a villa and we did struggle a little with noise from the neighbours on a couple of occasions. We like to stay in properties that are slightly secluded and out of the way a bit for peace and quiet Also it was obvious that few British guests stay there as there where no UK television channels at all. A good holiday but will not be returning.

Gut gelegene Finca mit tollem Außenbereich

Wir haben uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt und waren vor allem vom Außenbereich mit Pool, Grill und Sitzecke begeistert. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, die Bäder sind sehr sauber und das Wohnzimmer mit deutschem Fernsehen ist praktisch, wenn man wie wir während der Bundestagswahl im Urlaub ist ;-) Die Schlafzimmer sind unspektakulär und wir fanden die Betten ein wenig unbequem (es gibt auch kein Doppelbett sondern nur zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten). Durch die direkte Nähe zu der eigentlich wenig befahrenen Straße war der Verkehr leider beim einschlafen manchmal ein bisschen störend. Aber durch die insgesamt schöne Finca, die strategisch sehr gute Lage zwischen sa Pobla, Alcudia und Pollenca sowie den wirklich sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Besitzer José waren wir sehr zufrieden!
