  • Fantastic duplex with garden 20 meters from the beach. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with an oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and a living room with access to the terrace and garden and a shower room, washbasin and washer-dryer. On the upper floor there are three rooms (two doubles and one single), a room to store junk and luggage. It also has a terrace overlooking the sea and an external side staircase that connects with the garden.

    It is a very quiet area, since it has a forest at the back of the house and is 20 meters from the beach. Ideal holiday home and for sports lovers, as it allows water sports, cycling, hiking, fishing and many others.

wundervoll ruhig!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit wundervoller Lage. Die Strandnähe ist wirklich unschlagbar. Mobiliar, insbesondere die Betten sind einfach, alles aber durchaus gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Paradise in Puerto Pollensa

Wonderful stay in this well equipped and clean house. The pictures don’t quite do it justice. Great location - only 10 minutes walk to the restaurants via the Pine Walk. Great for families as the garden provides a break from the sun. Looking forward to our next visit.

A genuinely happy time with the family

So fortunate to have chosen this little house, with a toddler friendly garden, so near to the beach. There is a gate to block off the stairs, which otherwise could cause problems, but the owners are very helpful and there is a high chair and a couple cots. Laundry room is a bonus.

Fabulous Puerta Pollenca

Fantastic area, right beside the sea. The property was exactly as described. So fabulous to have the benefit of a shady garden too. The owners were on hand for any issues and were extremely charming. Couldn't fault anything.. Would highly recommend and definitely hope to be back next year...

Charming property attached to the back of a large property on the Pine Walk just 20m from the sea. Comfortable and well equipped with sun trap garden. Aircon downstairs was good but only one aircon unit upstairs struggled to cool all three bedrooms. Would definitely stay again but maybe not in July!

Great location and friendly hosts

Really good location in the north of the pine walk, metres from the beach with shallow clear water and not too crowded. Easy 10 min walk to port and centre of town with lots of restaurants/bars/shops on the way. Mini spar supermarket and cafe 2 minutes away Garden terrace of property lovely with outdoor shower good for cooling off. Table for outdoor dining and sofa/chairs for chilling where we spent most of the time Inside it’s a bit basic /dated. Smelt a bit damp with bedrooms quite smal if you were using all the beds and stairs open so wouldn’t think good if you had small kids or elderly. But we were out most of the time and only 2 of us. Hosts met us on arrival and really helpful and friendly and when we had issues with the AC it was quickly fixed

Great spot on Pine Walk

We loved our stay at this quaint cottage. There were five of us: myself and my husband, our two adult sons, and my eldest's partner. It was a bit of a tight fit, but with the extra bathroom out back and the yard we had enough room. There is not a ton to do in Pollencsa (the Wed market is neat, though), but we enjoyed the yoga on the beach and just hanging out. We walked to the local Cala one day for a swim and snorkel and spent other days using the car to explore the rest of the island. My only complaint about the house itself was lack of coffee equipment. I had to buy a strainer and used a coffee filter in the strainer over a pitcher to brew pour over daily. They need a single cup or small drip pot in the kitchen for easier use. The owners were around and helpful when we had questions, overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful Location

The villa, Can Voramar, is in a wonderful location close to the beach, on a quiet stretch of road with woods opposite, and yet a short walk from the restaurants, cafes and shops of the Pine Walk. The garden is a lovely haven day and night. Downstairs the property is well fitted out. The bedrooms are basic (1 of 3 has air conditioning) but for us the location and garden mean that we'd happily stay again. The owner was very communicative and kind. The property details say that it has parking - it does not - but we had no problem parking just 150M from the door. If I am being picky, it is the 1st property I have stayed in for many years where there was no welcome pack (e.g. milk, coffee, tea, often a bottle of wine) and there were none of the basics (salt, cooking oil) left in the kitchen. All in all we had a very happy stay and would definitely return.

Lovely stay in Puerto de Pollensa

We had a lovely time. The hosts were friendly and attentive. The property is comfortable and cosy and the proximity to the beach is excellent. Close to the restaurants but not in the midst of the bustle. We loved the pretty garden and outdoor shower.

Localisation au calme à 20 mètres de la plage. Quartier résidentiel calme. Lieu très joli

Des propriétaires très sympathiques qui se sont déplacés à 23h pour régler un problème électrique. Acceuil très chaleureux car nous sommes arrivés assez tard dans la soirée le.jour d'arrivée. Petite maison très mignonne à recommander aux futurs vacanciers

Excellent et très plaisant !

Nous avons passé un séjour dans cette maison très agréable. La maison était en ordre et très propre à notre arrivée. Ce logement est très bien placé car proche du centre et de la promenade de bord de mer et en même temps dans un quartier privilégié car très calme. Nous avons été très bien accueillit par nos hotes Luis et Maria-Luisa. Ils nous ont donné de bonnes indications des choses à faire dans la région. Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir !

Home from home.

Great location, next to pine walk and by the beach. Great house, with all the equipment you’d expect in your home from home with a wonderful garden and outside dining. Lastly very nice owners who made us feel welcome and due to living close by reassured us that any questions were answered. My family loved the property and definitely a house we would love to visit again. Charming and a decent size for the five of us. To be fair, only considerations I feel are the stairs where ok but a bit of a challenge for my 70yr old mum. This was not a worry for the rest of us. It was the first place I have stayed and could if stayed longer.
