La Plana for eigth people with pool, 4 bedrooms, wifi and BBQ

La Plana is a spacious and welcoming villa with a private pool, 4 bedrooms and extensive gardens, very well located near the old town of Pollensa and a short drive from the incredible sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Casa San Vicente. With its cosy and air-conditioned interiors, excellent privacy, well-maintained gardens and beautiful views of the Tramuntana mountain range, this stone villa is the perfect holiday home for a large family or a group of friends who want to experience the true Mallorcan atmosphere.



Inside, the villa is distributed over two floors. It is spacious (200 m2), cosy and well-furnished following the Mallorcan tradition without forgetting the most modern comforts. It has a comfortable living room (with comfortable sofas and satellite TV), a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a complete holiday, a spacious dining room and a family bathroom. The 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor, along with 2 additional bathrooms. The bedrooms are respectively 2 doubles and 2 with double beds, for a total of 8 people, and are air-conditioned.



Outside, La Plana offers shaded terraces, gardens with lawn and mature trees (40,000 m2!), pleasant furnished areas and endless rest guaranteed. The private pool measures 8m x 4m (depth 1.25m to 2.15m) and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas so that guests can enjoy. Dining outdoors on the patio or having a glass of wine in the garden will be a true pleasure, and a barbecue is available.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

The tourist tax is included in the price.
