"This is a factual report, and not an emotional one. The manager is a kind, helpful person, but is the sole operator. I was in a room, which when I walked in was clean-looking. There was a light on, I had food in my hand, so I didn't bother to turn on any others. I sat on the bed to eat as there was no chair in the room. "Machines is breakfast area we’re not working. Vending machines did not working. Cleaning staff left used towels in room and did not replenish soap in room. Tried going to front desk and could not get a response. Individuals drinking in parking lot and playing loud music until early hours!"
