DO NOT STAY HERE – COMPLETE NIGHTMAREThis place was a disaster from start to finish. The photos online are completely misleading: the apartment is dark, poorly lit, and nothing like the bright space they advertise.Almost everything was broken or useless:•The fridge barely worked.•The oven didn’t work at all and on top of that it had a problem that made a loud, nonstop beeping noise like an alarm — we literally had to sleep with that horrible sound all night.•The air conditioning was broken, and even if it worked, there’s only one unit for a four-story property (so only one floor gets any relief from the heat).•The terrace had no light, so it was impossible to use at night.The kitchen was a joke — hardly any utensils, impossible to cook a proper meal, and not even basic things like soap for the washing machine were provided.The wifi was another nightmare: the property has 4 floors, but the connection only (barely) worked on 3 of them, and even there it was slow, unstable, and constantly dropping.And the worst part: we reported all of these issues immediately. Someone came to “fix” them but couldn’t solve anything. The next day, instead of apologizing, the manager blamed us for the problems (!!) and refused to give us a refund.In short: broken facilities, false advertising, zero customer service, and an absolute waste of money. Staying here was one headache after another. Do yourself a favor – avoid this place at all costs.
