Linen & towels are included for 4 people.
Additional guests can stay at no extra charge but will need to bring their own towels & linen to sleep on our comfy couch, or bring an airbed.
The two couch ottomans can be pushed together to make a double bed.

There are internal stairs in the Villa.
Once you reach the top of the stairs, the bedrooms, living areas and kitchen are all on one level.

Private Villa’s have access to the private villa swimming pool - adjacent to Villa 520. The Oaks Resort require annual membership to the main pool, gym etc.

Golf Course: Cypress Lakes Resort by Oaks Hotels & Resorts overlooks the 18 hole championship golf course and offers cart and club hire and reduced green fees for resort guests. There is a driving range and a putting green. Tuition is available from a resident professional.

Wedding weekend

Great location with spectacular views. Great spot to stay while in the Hunter for a weddong.Short drive to most wineries and a few within walking distance if you really want to get into the tastings. Property has everything you need for a stay no matter the length. Will be staying here again next tim we head to the Hunter.

Beautiful Private Villa

2 bedroom upstairs villa in a beautiful bush setting. Kitchen was very well equipped. 2 bathrooms made our stay with friends very easy. Everything we needed was close by. Our host was lovely and easy communication and directions. Can’t wait to come back and drink wine on the balcony. Thanks for a lovely stay

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's close to the majority of wineries but also very quiet and tucked away. Great views. Able to watch the sunset over the mountains. The place was very nicely presented and very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Host communicated really well with us and everything was easy. Would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

As good as it looks, if not better

Fabulous, very happily accommodated 6 of us; my two sons being just as comfortable on the lovely sofas. The oven could do with legible settings (or an upgrade) but I’m not sure 5 out of 5 adequately summarises how happy we were.

Perfect Hunter Valley Stay!

We recently stayed for a girls weekend and it couldn't have been any better! The accommodation is perfect! It is located in a great, central spot with wineries, restaurants and shops close by. The place is spacious, with all of the household items you need readily available. Nada, the host is wonderful. She is quick to respond and very accommodating when changes were made! The perfect place to stay when in the Hunter!
