"It was a great place with lots to do for our 4 grands of varying ages. Modern cabins. We brought our own food to grill on the bbq provided and we had pizza at the snack shop on site. Will definitely be back! "

"Check in was easy, the door was a little tricky to unlock but I got it in a few tries. The space was big and open and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The yard space was nice and being right between the river and spirit mountain is pretty awesome. There’s a neighborhood market just up the street so good access to quick snacks. It was a great time and a very new home that had everything we could have wanted!"

"Wonderful property - my extended family rented all 6 cabins for a few nights after a wedding. Cabins are clean and comfortable, property is beautiful, staff is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed campfires every night and paddling on the river and swimming in the lake. "

"We stayed here for my wedding weekend with our wedding party. I wanted a place for them to stay and not worry about lodging. There was plenty of space for us and lots of dishes for everyone. We all appreciated the numerus box fans throughout since it was a hot weekend in duluth, so those were helpful. And even though it was hot we did test out the sauna and I must say it was a hit and was nice and relaxing. And any question I had for Morgan throughout the stay she answered quickly and was very...

"The house is as listed. It was clean, and the view of Lake Superior was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the ships coming and going. It is in a good location with a short drive to Canal Park, and restaurants. I would stay here again. "

Kitchen was a little tight when we were all in there but we managed...our only issue was trying to managed the smart tv...I think that was more about our limited technology skills though...The communication with host was top notch...easy to follow instructions for check-in/checkout...place was neat and clean...perfect for what we needed...we...

"Everything we needed for a great week was provided! The beach was beautiful, easy to access and so fun! S’mores around the fire pit - yum! We were able to walk into canal park to enjoy that area as well. "

"They have done a nice job setting up this little house. Four adults were very comfortable. Location worked out just fine! We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!"

"Perfect location on the beach, just a short walk from Canal Park. The house sleeps many people comfortably and the owners have anticipated everything you might need to host friends and family. The kitchen is well-appointed, there is a gas grill, 2 SUPs, several beach chairs, beach toys for kids, and a roof top deck overlooking the lake. This place can’t be beat for location and amenities. Both the owners and the host are very responsive and accommodating also and our annual UMD girls weekend was...
