The Manor Hotel by Greene King Inns
Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home ...

Terrace Lodge
Nice staff, polite and professional. Building attractive, rooms good. The only thing that let it down was the cleaner didn't clean the bathroom floor. Stains, dirt. The bath was very clean, and the toulet.

Charming Cottage in idyllic location on Stourhead Estate
The house is beautiful with so much character and was equipped with everything that we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable with gorgeous linens. Peaceful, scenic,cosy cottage near Wells and Frome
Fine little cottage.Fine location.Helpful host.Well restored.Thoughtful facilities, but the shower would benefit from a hand rail and non-slip floor finish inside tie enclosure.

Luxury barn conversion sleeping 16 with hot tub and ensuite bedrooms
The property was perfect for what we needed - so much useable space that even with a group of 15 of us we never felt on top of each other.
