Inside, guests find a superb queen bed, two twin beds in separate lofts, and a pull-out couch, making it ideal for a couple's retreat or small families. The bathroom features a cool shower and a bidet. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the space. Open-concept living space – Designed for quality time with the people you love. Light-filled with vaulted ceilings, wide windows, and minimalist design, there’s room for gathering, games, and fun. You’ll love the large TV and sound system.

The comfiest sleep – Sink into the luxury queen bed beneath a cozy wood-paneled ceiling with large windows and forest views.

Loft bedrooms – Two loft rooms with comfortable twin beds, large windows and modern railing overlook the main living area.

Living room – Extra deep couch and surround sound make it the perfect spot for movies or the big game, and the couch pulls out to sleep two more.

Modern Kitchen – Fully equipped with an induction cooktop, stainless steel appliances, live-edge bar counter, and everything you need to prepare meals.

Bathroom – Sleek and functional with walk-in shower, spa toilet, and fresh linens provided.

Outdoor Setting – Situated on private acreage with large covered porch, serene gardens, friendly ducks and horses onsite (don’t worry, we’ll take care of the farm chores!).

This is a country retreat — expect the charm of wildlife and farm life.
While you’ll enjoy privacy, the property is part of a larger acreage. Horses and ducks live here too — they’re part of the experience! We will ask for a secondary waiver because it is a horse property.

Other things to note
Due to the animals on the property, our insurance requires that a secondary waiver be signed after booking. The details include:

1. Occupancy & Use

• The rental is for residential short-term use only.
• No events, parties, or unauthorized guests are allowed without prior written consent.
• Smoking is prohibited indoors and near the horse enclosures.

2. Animal & Agricultural Disclosure

• The property includes two horses housed on-site and may contain other farm-like features (fencing, gardens, outbuildings).
• Guests are not permitted to feed, pet, or enter fenced areas containing animals without written permission.
•Caution signs and fencing are present for safety and must not be tampered with.

3. Assumption of Risk

Guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with rural property and the presence of animals, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death

4. Liability Waiver

Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Renaissance Retreats LLC, its owners, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from use of the property, including interaction with animals and use of outbuildings or grounds.

5. Property Care & Conduct

• Guest agrees to treat the property with care and notify Owner of any damages.
• Fires are only permitted in designated areas (if applicable).

6. Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
