"It's my second time staying at this fun little property. I love the location in relation to access to Point Reyes National Seashore. The main bed is super comfy. My friend tells me that the sofa turns into a nice bed. We like to use the table to play Rummikub after we have spent time at the fire pit. In the morning, I like to make scrambled eggs from the fresh eggs that her chickens have laid. I'll definitely be going back. "

"Absolutely beautiful home with beautiful views. Everything was clean and every imaginable cooking appliance needed was nicely organized in the gorgeous open kitchen. Host was amazing to work with. Check-in was easy and everything worked well! Plenty of beach towels and blankets. Hot tub was hot and ready for immediate use. We will definitely be coming back!"

"We had a wonderful, but too short stay. Fabulous views. The kitchen was large and well stocked( altho directions for the range would have been very helpful!!) lots of room at the big dining table.Our only criticism was that there was not a house binder that would give basic information , like the above mentioned cook top. We could not access anything on the living room tv, and some instructions would have been very helpful.All in all, we loved the house and would definitely re visit!"

"There were many problems with our stay and I do not recommend this place for anyone. First, the hottub was not hot enough for usage for the two first nights of our stay. Second, the fireplace was out of order for the enitre stay.
