Well-appointed, immaculate home with lovely furnishings, including fine books and DVDs. Beautiful gardens front and back. Hosts provided thorough instructions for all features and answered our messages promptly. Quiet setting with easy walk to town. Wonderful getaway, even for just a short stay. Perfect stay.

Lavender House is both lovely and comfortable. My partner and I enjoyed the modern kitchen and the 2 living room areas, both supplied with comfortable sofas. We also enjoyed the back patio and the many flowering plants in both the back garden area and in the front of the cottage. Eileen is a friendly and gracious host. We have stayed at Lavender cottage several times and we look forward to returning there again.

An ideal location to enjoy PRS and all the beauty of the area. The cottage is clean and comfortable and our hosts were friendly and responsive.

My wife and I stayed two nights at Lavender Cottage as a base for day hiking at Point Reyes National Seashore The cozy home was clean and well suited to our plans and our needs. Kitchen was well stocked with everything the home cook would need. The pleasant backyard was a fine spot for relaxing after a day of exploring the area's trails. Eileen was delightful and helpful. If we ever return to the area, the cottage would be our first option for a home away from home.

Lavendar Cottage is without a doubt the cleanest and best equipped holiday rental I've ever stayed in! Everything was absolutely pristine and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need for making delicious meals! The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk into Pt. Reyes Station; and Eileen is a treasure trove of information and suggestions! The cottage itself is simply adorable, and the double living area would make it perfect for a family! If you're considering a vacation at Point Reyes, you will absolutely love staying at Lavendar Cottage!
