"Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink...

The living room and kitchen area are open floor plan so it's a great place to hang out with comfy seating. One thing to note, the $250 deposit is due in cash when you arrive and returned when you leave. Our fam had a great time!"

"This apartment was perfectly located at the beginning of the pier. We enjoyed having coffee out on the porch and we enjoyed walking the pier to different places. The apartment is very clean, but it is very small so it really is perfect for just two people I think having a third person in there unless it's a child would be a little cramped. There were some suggestions that I am sending to the owner but overall I would absolutely stay here again."

"I am going to start with the positive first. The house was located very close to the beach which was nice. There was a parking spot available. I did not hear much noise from the above rental And now for the negative. I have rented probably 50 homes in the past and this one had the least amount of amenities available. There was supposed to be coffee and sugar, which was not there. There was one garbage can in the entire house for six people, not even one in the bathroom. Very little lighting...
