Fully renovated and furnished 4 bedroom/3 bath home that's been designed by a professional Interior Designer. You will love the open concept layout on the first floor living room leading into the dining room that will easily sit 10 people around a massive dining table. Having a bathroom on the first floor with a stand up shower, this layout is strategically built for the convenience of all guests. Top floor consists of a grand master with an en-suite bathroom and a his and hers closet, a bunk bed room consisting of two twin over full beds- perfect for kids, and two other rooms with Queen size beds. A bathroom w/a tub and a washer/dryer room makes it too easy not to fight over the bathroom wait. The kitchen is customized for large get togethers around a massive kitchen island and a farmhouse style table in the nook of the kitchen overlooking into your OWN personal yard which will draw anyone's attention to with the greenest yard for outdoor games and a bon fire area surrounded by Adirondack chairs that's just asking for a nice bottle of wine or a sweet smore's night with the kids and friends. This house sits so comfortably close to all the major attractions that Point Pleasant Beach has to offer, the BEACH is just 5 blocks away, the restaurants, bars, shops, or anything else you might need is an easy 1 block walk away! Come stay at the Forman House for a complete relaxation week where the check in process and getting anything you might need with the help of a personal Property Manager- who happened to be the same person that designed the house, is more than enough to say.. you will have an unbelievable time... I guarantee it. 6 Beach passes included!

The house was very nice and clean and had some great amenities. Very close to twin and restaurants. The train tracks are across the street so there’s noise from the gates and horn. Also pretty steady traffic noise during the day. We still had fun though

Great 2 weeks

Home was very clean & well-equipped. 5 blocks from the beach & very close to grocery store, liquor stores, Jersey Mike’s. The commuter train is right there but we all got used to it. Best of all the owner & manager were both extremely nice and responded right away to any questions or concerns we had. Great backyard for our dogs. Overall a wonderfully 2 weeks at the Jersey shore!

Great Location

The house is beautiful - plenty of room and everything seems brand new. You can walk to the stores, town, the beach and boardwalk so we rarely used the car. The kitchen is great and the back yard has plenty of seating along with a great fire pit. It was a great stay and I highly recommend this home.

family stay

Nice House, newly renovated, clean. Could walk to Jenkins, the ice cream place, the italian place, and a nice park there. The thing to know is that it is right next to the commuter rail and highway. The train blows it's horn as it passes throughout the day and night. We slept through it and so did the baby, but it was loud during the day, especially outside.

Amazing Family Vacation

We booked this property for 2 weeks for an extended family vacation! The house was exactly as described, even BETTER! The entire house was updated and was had plenty of space for the entire group of 12. The location was great, it was an easy walk to many restaurants, grocery store, Hoffman's (a must go to) and the beach. Marina was an excellent host! She quickly responded to any questions and checked in with us too. I would highly recommend this house and plan to visit again in the future.

Great inside, average outside

The interiors of the home were wonderful— well designed and furnished, very nice kitchen, good Wi-Fi —- excellent overall. The yard was dead grass and no shade whatsoever. The house sits on a major road, with a train track right across the street — with frequent loud trains — it took a while to get used to them. The property manager was very good. If the owner were to add a small pool and a trellis for shade, we would come back again.

Beautiful and cozy home close to beach

We had a wonderful stay! Just a half mile from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and an amazing Italian deli. Also close to a park with basketball and tennis courts. The owner is responsive and was great to work with. We’ve been renting through VRBO for more than 15 years, and this was among our best experiences. Highly recommend.

Perfect house for families

We loved this Point Pleasant beach house. It was very well appointed with every possible amenity. The furniture and decor was top notch! We loved the proximity to the boardwalk and stores. The fenced back yard was perfect for the dogs. The only negative was that it is right next to the train, but the fans in the bedrooms make a nice humming noise, so it drowns out the noise of the train.

A Great Home Rental!

The Forman house at 500 Forman Ave in Point Pleasant Beach is a very nice, comfortable and well designed re-build. The layout worked well with a nice comfortable living and dining area with adjacent kitchen including nice island and table. Upstairs bedrooms were all good. Bathrooms were exquisite. Well and beautifully designed. Marina was superb in her responsiveness to us from beginning to end. It was a pleasure staying at this home which we enjoyed throughout the week.
