A newly renovated cottage just a brief walk from the beach on a quiet street. Three bedrooms, attuc loft, pull out couch (queen), two full baths. Can accommodate sleeping for infants and toddlers.

Full size refrigerator with ice maker, gas stove, microwave, Keurig with complimentary pods, espresso machine, table settings for eight.

500 square foot elevated deck with gas grill, table, chairs, patio umbrella. Hammock, bicycles for kids and adults.

Absolutely Perfect – A 5-Star newly renovated cottage at the Beach!

Our stay from May 14 to May 19, 2025, was nothing short of amazing! This home was everything we hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable – just a quick, easy walk to the beach and the boardwalk, which made our time in town for a family wedding both fun and convenient.The house itself was immaculate – truly spotless – and so thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, including beach gear. It had the perfect layout and plenty of space for our group of six adults to feel completely comfortable. It instantly felt like home.One of our favorite features was the large second-floor deck – spacious, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and unwind between wedding events. Whether we were enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, it was a lovely retreat.What made this stay truly special, though, was the host, Lino. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and welcoming from the start. We were greeted with a fresh bouquet of flowers and a delicious crumb cake upon arrival – such a thoughtful and personal touch that made us feel so appreciated and cared for.We can’t recommend this property highly enough – five stars simply don’t do it justice! If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautifully located home with a truly exceptional host, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back

Perfect Location - Wonderful Owners

House had everything we needed. Owners couldn't do enough to make us feel more welcome. It felt like we were visiting family. Location is super close to everything (walking distance to all we needed) but just far enough to be away from the craziness. We are looking forward to coming back.

Our stay was Phenomenal! As locals I never imagined making a weekend getaway the next town over. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Pricing was very agreeable for what is offered. The owners made our family and pets feel welcomed. The cleanliness & amenities were endless. Very dog & guest friendly. First Trip to Point Pleasant

The owner communicates promptly. The house was well stocked with supplies. My intention was to relax and enjoy long walks with my dogs. The second day of our stay I walked over 10 miles. The neighborhood is beautiful and the people are friendly. If you are a fisherman Point Pleasant, NJ is the place to visit. The boardwalk is amazing. We hope to return next fall.

Checking into the property was seamless! The host left us fresh flowers and a crumb cake to enjoy during our stay.This was such a wonderful gesture! Communication with the host was amazing, he responded right away from the moment we booked this property. The house was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of! Overall, the house was very spacious with 4 bedrooms to choose from. The wrap around deck is so big and absolutely amazing. There is seating on the deck, along with a great big hammock, grill, and eating area. The downstairs conveniently had washers and dryers and access to a small yard. It is within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk which is amazing!! Overall, we would absolutely love to rent this property again in the future. Best of all, it is located in a community where pets are welcome! Our dogs loved it!! We want to give our host, Lino, a very special thank you for making our stay so wonderful!! Not one complaint, not one problem at all!! This home was Amazing!!!

Best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in!!

I can’t say enough about this rental. This is a beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood and only a couple blocks from ALL things Point Pleasant Beach! Beach, boardwalk, restaurants etc. - although you may just want to relax and enjoy the views sitting on its large wrap around deck. The host and his family provide everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. Great for kids, adults and pet friendly too. Thank you for a memorable vacation! See you next summer!
