Min 7-day rentals from 5/15 to 9/30 and Min 1-month rentals from 10/1 to 5/14. This house also offers off-season rental from 10/1 to 5/15 with some flexibility in the dates. Please inquire about discounted monthly rates and off-season rates.

Location, Location, Location. Enjoy this recently renovated, modern, beautiful and spacious 5-bedroom house. Two short blocks to the Jenkinson's beach and boardwalk - 2 minute walk. The house sits on a corner lot in the less crowded section of Point Pleasant Beach. It comfortably sleeps 15 plus one toddler, and seats 16 with an additional highchair. Perfect for large families! The house also offers an open floor plan with 2 living areas to accommodate an adult crowd and kids at the same time. The private fenced patio offers a great entertaining space with a gas grill and an outside hot shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a margarita blender, two coffee machines (Keurig and regular coffee pot) and much more. There is High-speed Wireless Internet, DVD Player, Xfinity with premium channels, 2-zone Central AC, Washer/Dryer, and 6 Flat-Screen TV’s.

6 adult beach badges are included in the rental.

First Floor: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Bedroom (Queen), Full Bathroom, and Washer/Dryer.

Second Floor: Second Living/Family Room with a pullout sofa (Full), Master Bedroom (King) with a double vanity full Bathroom, Second Bedroom (Queen and twin), Third Bedroom (Queen and Toddler Bed), and Bunk Bedroom (one standalone twin, and one bunk bed -twin over full), and 3rd full Bathroom.

Must be 25 years or older to rent this home. Sorry, no pets and Prom Parties.

Linens and towels are NOT provided.

Point Pleasant Beach Getaway

The location is fantastic and is near to the beach and boardwalk. The house itself was great and has ample room for a large family. The owner was also very responsive to any issues we had during our stay.

Family wedding

We stayed here for my daughter's small wedding. Perfect location and house that accomodates larger parties. The house has a narrow and steep staircase so it isn't easy to manuever for people with mobility issues. In addition, there was no toilet paper, paper towesl, garbage bags, soap in showers, etc. so be prepared . Other than that, a perfect place for large parties!

Jersey vacation

Great house, great outside area, close to everything. Only downfall was you had to bring your own linens, bath towels, dish towels etc. Recommend an outdoor canopy for shade and rain days.

Great location!

We were in town for a wedding and decided to make a family vacation out of it. The house was excellent. We had family come visit from Wall and Pennsylvania. The back patio was the perfect entertaining spot. We had the best view of the 4th of July fireworks. The only complaint I have is how difficult managing the temperature in the house was. We could not cool the upstairs properly without having the master room door open. The refrigerator in the garage was an awesome surprise. We used the beach toys and chairs and umbrella in the garage as well. Cindy was very responsive and a great host. Thank you!

Location, location, location!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Our host communicated with us every step of the way. The house was beautiful and very spacious with a fantastic outside area to relax. We were only a block and a half away from the beach and the boardwalk. Excellent quiet neighborhood too. If we are back in the area again, we will definitely stay here! I just cannot say enough great things about the host, house location and neighborhood!! Thank you so much for an absolutely fantastic vacation!!

Great location

We had a great stay and Cindy was very quick to respond to our needs. The house was comfortable, clean and in a great location to our needs for the stay. The only reason I couldn't give a 5 star overall rating was because it was a terrible inconvenience to bring our own towels and linens. We flew in so it meant extra luggage, dirty sheets and wet towels going home.

Super spacious for our big family group!

Cindy (property manager) is an awesome host, kind and responsive. We loved the location and house overall. We hosted Thanksgiving for our family of 13 with a few toddlers. We'd come back again!

Ideal Location

This spacious beach house is central to the Jenkinson attractions and the beach. We barely had to drive anywhere all week. When we had questions about anything, Cindy was quick to respond. We had a great time with the whole family. Highly recommend this property for a family vacation in Point Pleasant.
