"Upon arrival to the home on day one, the owner was very attentive and responsive. I got into the property return , no problem. We communicated very well. There was an a/c leaking in one of the bedrooms and water was all over the floor. I called the owner to let him know & he stated that someone was coming to clean the floor of said bedroom.
