"My wife and I really liked this house. We rented it for the Month of February.It was very clean. All the essentials (appliances, furniture, dishes, etc.) we needed were in place. All we had to do was purchase groceries, then it was just like home. The house and neighborhood were quiet. Additionally the house was located near lots of shopping and a short drive to the beach.I had a couple of questions, and the Host Niki responded very fast and very helpful. We were very pleased. "Stayed here with a group of friends during the Sand in my Boots festival. Walking distance to a store and restaurant, as well as short driving distance to other places. Beach access is directly across from property. Pool was perfect but didn't see a net for scooping debris. We were lucky to have great duplex mates in the unit next to us, walls seem to be decently sound proof from what we could tell. There was a bit of an ant issue but it did not damper our stay. Would definitely stay here again!"

"All our teens and adults had a wonderful time staying on the Lagoon. The dock was amazing and we got to see two beautiful sunsets. We were in the pool everyday! The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We grilled out,enjoyed ping-pong, went to the beach and use the cart and chairs. Loved our stay!!! Hope to be back."

"The beach house was perfect for our stay. Comfortable and roomy and a short walk to the beach."

"Super Clean and overall a wonderful stay! We have no complaints. This was our first time renting a house and we will certainly do it again. It was a great experience. One thing that isn’t mentioned that makes this place great, there are a few cut thru’s to get to the beach and this place is next to one. If you have small children you may want to keep this in mind."
