Room was fine, and good. On the very positive side: The A/S was strong and could keep the room down to the configurable minimum of) 20 degrees, despite it being 33-39% outside. That is the first time I have experienced an AC actually working when severely needed. The outcome was I slept good. On another positive note was the morning breakfast buffet - which was quite nice. However, nobody was making omelets for you (then you know it is not approaching 5 stars ;-)) Another thing on the positive side. The hotel is laying on a quiet street, despite being close to the Prater center where train station and U-bahn is. On the negative side: There was no fridge in the room (that was a surprise for a 4-star hotel). I would choose this hotel again - but I REALLY hope that they are going to fridges to the room, that is a severe penalty from me.

Easily the best hotel during our trip across Austria. I wish we could have stayed longer. The location to shopping and public transportation was perfect. We stayed during a heat wave (over 100F) and the hotel was cool the whole time, climate control in the room was great. The rooms are so nice both in comfort and style. The best bed we had during our trip. Entrance to the U-Bahn is right around the corner. So many shops and restaurants up and down Mariahilferstrasse. If you need to avoid the heat like we did you can pop down to the underground and go anywhere in Vienna to visit the sights. Sauna and Steam room available for guests, both were great. Highly recommended for couples travelling.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and courteous. The property itself is centrally located and beautifully decorated.

The staff were incredibly kind, and that was what impressed me the most. When I asked how to use the air conditioner, they kindly drew simple pictures, making it very easy for me to understand. Since I don't speak English very well, I was worried about communicating, but their thoughtful help put all my worries to rest. I truly appreciated their patience and kindness. Not only the front desk staff, but every employee I met greeted me with a warm smile, which made my entire stay feel welcoming and enjoyable. The room was also excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location was another great advantage. There was a subway station within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel around Vienna and visit the city's attractions. If I have the chance to visit Vienna again, I would definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. Thank you for making my trip even more enjoyable!
