"If you through Expedia, the hotel treats you horrible. The price is the same if you book through the hotel website maybe a very small difference but you get water park tickets you get kitchen ware and you get treated differently. I booked through Expedia and Didn’t get any water park tickets no kitchen culinary no pots no pans not even forks spoons or cups. When I called downstairs they said I booked through a third party and that is not included, the same thing they said when we arrived...

"This place looks real nice online, but don't be mistaken! When i showed up the jacuzzi suite that i had already paid for, which is the reason i went to this hotel, was not available! The guy offered me a different room, with a jetted tub, instead for the same price! Not to mention the jetted tub was in between the bathroom and the bedroom area. Meaning there's no wall in between the bathroom and bedroom. Just a sliding glass shower door and a shower curtain. The floors look like they...

"We’ve stayed at Camelback before, but this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. It took over 45 minutes just to check in, and even after that our room still wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting an additional 1.5 hours. After standing in one long line to check in, we then had to stand in another long line just to activate our room bands. From the time we arrived to the moment we actually stepped into our room, nearly 3 hours had passed. When we finally got inside, the room was completely...

"The rooms were clean but the hotel was being renovated, so the lobby and elevator was in poor condition. Housekeeping was vacuuming the floor right outside room before late check out. The vacuum is mad loud. I think it’s time for a new one. Overall my stay was ok. The hotel served its purpose for an overnight stay. "

"Phone did not work, stains on the sheets, tub very slippery. The breakfast “included” was the worst thing I have ever come across for a hotel breakfast. Stereos were not lit, hot food just tepid;juice machine in pieces and not working, basic bread for toast. No bagels,peanut butter,jelly. Tiny little muffins. All the same flavor. Will not stay here again. There is a best western right next to this days inn. "
