Step into a warm and welcoming home designed for relaxing and making memories together. Sleeping up to 9 guests, this cozy retreat features 3 bedrooms plus a loft, offering plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and enjoy their stay.

Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request.

Please note

Arrowhead Lake HOA fees are required and not included in the booking total (see “Other things to note”).
The home is set in a peaceful, wooded, somewhat remote location—ideal for guests seeking privacy and a true escape. A vehicle is required.

Guest access

Guests enjoy full private access to the entire home and property, with the exception of a locked owner’s closet and shed.

Other things to note

Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (mandatory, separate from booking)

All HOA-required fees must be completed online prior to arrival (at least 1 day in advance):

Temporary Membership (children under 6 free)

Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): $8.50/person/day or $42.50/person/week
Off-season: $2/person/day

Gate Pass: $20 per vehicle per stay
Administrative Fee: $20 per stay
Late Registration Fee: $100 (applies if completed less than 3 days before arrival)

Fees are set by the community and are non-negotiable
Registration details (guests + vehicles) must be completed after booking
Payment must be completed at least 3 days before arrival to avoid penalties
Last-minute bookings may incur late fees due to HOA rules
No changes or registrations allowed within 24 hours of arrival

Access requires Temporary Membership and is mandatory regardless of usage. Seasonal availability applies (pools open Memorial Day–Labor Day). Other amenities may vary due to weather, staffing, or maintenance.

Trash policy

Guests are required to remove all trash at checkout to maintain a clean environment and avoid wildlife attraction. Community trash center details are provided in the house guidebook.
