"I stayed in the Palm Cottage. I was told that the particular cottage I was given was the most requested, and I now I know why. The view was absolutely incredible. Though it was surrounded by other cottages, it felt like I was in a space all by myself. It was so quiet and peaceful, though it was during the off-season, there were still lots of people there, but they were not making much noise. The cottage was so cute and comfy, clean and welcoming. "Very clean room. Rented a small boat from them and took our dogs with us; they loved being on a boat! Beautiful views of the water and assateague lighthouse right from the property, especially at sunset. We paid for the water taxi to take us to a secluded beach for a few hours. The dogs got to run in the sand, and we saw the wild horses on the same shore as us maybe 100 yards away! The staff was very attentive."

Tucked right on the water, it offered a serene, calming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The family-run hosts were incredibly thoughtful. We signed up for a pontoon boat tour and we saw eagles, dolphins, and ponies! every detail was taken care of, making us feel truly at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge."
