2. Cleanliness & Maintenance: While a professional cleaning service is included with your stay, we expect the home to be kept in a `respectably clean` state.
- Kitchen: Please ensure that dishes are washed (or placed in the dishwasher) and surfaces are wiped down after use.
- Spills: If an accidental spill occurs on furniture or carpets, please address it immediately or notify your host so that it can be treated before staining.
- Waste: Please place all trash in the designated bins. If bins become full during your stay, please use the external waste containers provided.
3. Smoking Policy: For the health and safety of all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. Please ensure all cigarette butts are extinguished completely and disposed of in provided ashtrays, never in the gardens or ponds.
4. Noise & Neighborhood Decency: Please be mindful that you are part of a local community.
- Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Outdoor Sound: Outside of quiet hours, please keep music and conversation at a volume that does not disturb the neighbors or other guests on the estate.
5. Damage & Reporting: We understand that accidents happen. If something breaks or malfunctions, please notify us immediately. Reporting damage promptly allows us to repair or replace the item before the next arrival. Please note that guests are financially responsible for any significant damage caused during their stay.
6. Security & Safety:
- Locking Up: To protect your belongings and the property, please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked whenever you leave the villa.
- Unregistered Guests: Only the guests included in the original reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Hosting large gatherings or parties without prior written consent is not permitted.
7. Energy Conservation: As we are located in a beautiful natural area, we strive to be environmentally conscious. We appreciate your help in turning off lights and climate control (AC/Heating) when you leave the house for the day.
8. Check-out Expectations: Upon departure, please ensure the house is generally tidy, all windows are closed, and the keys are returned/handled as per the instructions provided by your host.
