We created this guest suite with families in mind so you are comfortable with all the amenities you need.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Featuring a luxurious king-sized bed with soft linens, a flat-screen TV, and dresser in closet. Perfect for parents to unwind and recharge.
Second Bedroom: Equipped with a full over full bunk bed, with dresser in closet. Great for kids or additional family members

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with needed appliances including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, instant pot, pebble ice machine, and drip coffee maker. Great for preparing meals to enjoy together. There is plenty of counter height seating available. Highchair is available if requested.

Living Room:
A welcoming living area with a comfy sofa, flat-screen TV with streaming services, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Perfect for family movie nights or relaxing together.

Bathroom:
A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided. Full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Temperature Control:
Each bedroom has its own wall heater for adjustable warmth. AC Unit in living room (not set up for heat).

High-speed Wi-Fi
Flat-screen TV with streaming services in the living room and master bedroom
Free street parking or driveway
Kids games and books (in coffee table)

Location:
Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood in the Highland area. You’ll have easy access to the Portneuf Wellness Complex, Bannock County Fairgrounds, or Pocatello Temple. Just a short 10-15 minute drive to ISU, Pebble Creek Ski area, downtown, playgrounds, and everything else in the Pocatello and Chubbuck areas

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire suite. Enjoy the privacy of a separate entrance with the self-check-in feature. The beautiful spiral staircase you see leads to locked door and space used by our family during daytime hours. Staircase has gate to prevent accidents from curious children. Your space is all on the lower level.

This location was everything it advertised, and was everything we needed. I was traveling with my brother, we had a niece getting married, so having two separate bedrooms was perfect. One of the bedrooms had a full size bunk bed which is perfect for a family. We absolutely loved that each bedroom had its own separate heater! Plenty of space in the living area. Kitchen had everything you would need, although we didn't use it. The bathroom was nice, and the water heated up very fast. Some extra amenities in the bathroom just in case you need them. The location was perfect as we had family living in the same neighborhood. Their house was full with their kids and the brides friends, so we needed the VRBO. The host was very responsive and was easy to work with. The neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean private accommodation’s. Kristina was kind enough to let us park in her circular drive. Even though it was summer time, this basement apartment needed no a/c. It was cool day and night. Kristina was prompt to answer our questions even after checking out. Thank you for our stay.

Great place to stay!

Overall the experience was perfect! Highly recommend this property. Check in was simple and smooth. Communication was nearly immediate with owners. The property was perfect for a small family. The bunk beds were amazing. The entire house was clean and in perfect shape. They even had a small area outside for the kids to play and burn some energy. My kids even loved the chickens outside. The scenic views are beautiful. If you’re in the area and need a calm place to rest this is the place for you.

This was a great stop over for us from Kanab, UT on our way to Glacier. The unit was very clean and quiet. Really nice neighborhood. Even had an oven for us to make pizza. Highly recommend if you’re ok with being attached to a house.

Cute basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and bright. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! This was a perfect place for us to stay while we were in Pocatello for a basketball tournament.

The listing itself is deceiving it is listed as a entire house which it’s not it’s a basement/apartment to someone’s house it was clean and had everything we needed however getting woke up to kids screaming and stomping was not cool other than that it was in a great location
